Cool video.. A shame someone else beat me to giving you 5 stars ;-).. I just did a video on doing sweet potato fries as well. I do like your use of garlic.. I'll try that next time.. Also I'm going to try skins on next time as well.. Would save the hassle of pealing as well.. Also yeah.. Raw vegtables are just a good raw..
