vampire diaries is way better than true blood, good story, good casting, and good acting, and the girl elena in vampire diaries is easy on the eyes, shes pretty , and anna pacquin from true blood is way to ugly to watch, plus the gap in her teeth is just not attractive, and true blood casting sucks and so does the character, vampire diaries beat true blood and twilight, this is my opinion which i know alot of people feel the same way, true blood step aside vampire diaries is taking over.

That show seems to be more darker than "Twilight", of course it's a romance story with vampires but that trailer seemed more darker than the whole "Twilight" movie, I didn't like "Twilight" because the actors were not very good and vampires seemed more human than a blood-thirsty monster. It hink I#m going to like that series because there's somekind of horror-atmosphere (and I'm a fan of Paul Wesley)

I don't understand why people say that they don't look like there characters, one it's a book so there is no way to know just how they are suposed to look. It's up to the minds eye, and two they might add or take things out cause it's a TV series not the book so don't be surprised. I say Just take it as it is and don't be mad with anyone it's only entertainement you dont HAVE to watch it.
