you look amazing and i just have to say how much your videos have inspired me to push through when i felt like quitting. your vlogs seem so genuine and honest and it has been sooo helpful to know that you have good days and bad days and we are not perfect all the time but as long as we own it and push forward thats what counts. so from one person that you have made a true difference in my new journey i want to say thank you sooooo much and i look forward to more vlogs to keep me going.

@gramnet This round was around 50 days, skipping injections once weekly and during most of the week of TOM. I hope that helps. Most of my rounds were longer, but I also flip-flopped between injections and homeopathic. This round was all injections. ;-)

you look fantastic! I'm kind of in a quandary right now, still have 50#s to lose, but doing so well in the gym, building muscle, and I don't want to lose muscle doing HCG, and I know it isn't compatible with body building. I guess I just need to figure out my priorities.

@Sourpusscandy I know what you mean. It's a hard thing to figure out. I decided not to work out during my round because I was afraid of major backlash. I did eat more protein during my round though, and I think I had really good success with not losing as much muscle this time around. We'll see what happens when I go back to the gym now. ;-)

Your face is so tiny!!! You look fantastic girl! I will be with you in a 2 next round...Fantastic fat loss percent!! Yes when I went to do hydrostatic body fat testing, the omron was only off by 1.5% that morning actually. So it's definitely fairly close! And the amount of fat percent it said I lost was 100% accurate.
