...does not do all the tedious things everybody does today, and that helps a lot...he sort of lets Chopin's text "play itself" and that actually works...can't find the earlier movements...Pennario seems to have had a curious "Hollywood Bowl" image about him...but sounds very convincing in the "hard" repertoire nevertheless...
