  • derby had a nice firm in the 80s good dressers and a multi racial firm at the baseball grnd

  • 50 away fans?

I take it Derbys mob didn't fancy this one then.

  • 50 away fans? Fucking hell

  • Back in 83 the governing bodies didn't have a clue, they thought we were all skins with tattoos .It reached it's peak in 85 ..Now they have the upper hand but football now has lost it's edge that it had in the 80's...Most of us have grown up and have families and moved away from it but we'll never forget those days when it was played by real men and watched by real men.

  • @Gaffer96 dont kno where you was mate 83 was the height of it fila bj segio tacchini lois cords farrah trousers, 85 was a different period of thje casual scene by then but im a few years older then you

  • @MrLeebo123 I was too young in 83 mate...i started in 84 .I had my Lois flares and leather Jersey in 85 but had my tachinni tracksuit and lyle and scott polo neck in 84 with my Ivan Lendl trainers....Happy days pal and in all seriousness if we hadn't come along fashion in the UK would have been gash..we took it out the new romantic crap and put some style in.

  • @Gaffer96 SCOUSERS TRY TO SAY THEY STARTED THE FASHION,BUT TO BE HONEST IT WAS DEVISED FROM SOUL BOY FASHION ,STIX MAN FASHION, LIKE MOST YOUTH CULTURE FASHION IN THIS COUNTRY CAME FROM JAMACIAN FASHION FASHION AND MUSIC RUDEBOY CULTURE IN THE LATE 60S EARLY 70S, AND IM WHITE SO IM NOT SAYIN THIS FROM A BIASED POIN TOF VIEW, THE SPLIT IN THE JEANS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE

  • @MrLeebo123 Well i was into Rudeboy and Mod in the early 80's so was a natural progression to get into casual i thought..being well dressed was always first and foremost in my mind and having a good ruck at the football was a laugh to...I've heard these stories about Scouse gangs heading to London to steal imported tennis gear in the early 80's cos Liverpool didn't sell it..Aberdeen were dressing in Casual gear in 79/80 ...

  • 7 seperate areas! One for pensioners, one for children, one for blacks, one for cripples, one for Jews, one for meat heads. Fucking ridiculous.

  • a slightly empty away end

  • all the top firms came too shrewsbury back in the early 80s celsea were not even in the top 5 at 5 was middlesbough 4 was darby 3 man city 2 birmingham but 1 was cardiff they were fuckin off the rails they were the day and night was a blur of total violance witch was never seen before or since.Let me just sat i sin many offs over the years but they were mental. no firm could off got near them that day and thats from a leeds fan............

  • @mattyturner100 Do you ever read back what you have typed? Your English is piss poor

  • chels have always had a top firm. just a shame we were bought up.

  • true apart from leeds

  • All the Derby fans that were singing 'Where were you when you were shit?' to Chelsea the other year should be made to watch this!!!

  • 5:28 Who does Ken Bates think he is? Winston Churchill?

  • lol i see where your coming from.

  • what a good idea....stop the fans watching their team?...that the way to keep your club afloat ..NOT...was he really in business......how did he think he was going to survive financially without the away fans...nobber.

  • 4.10 that boy flicking the V's looks like a right nutcase.

  • these were the days whoever you support

  • football would be nothing with out away fans!

  • I think about 17 of us went down in a minibus, remember seeing a glimpse of us on midlands today, those WERE the days.

  • THE CHELSEA

  • fuck the videocamera

  • where the fuck is "DLF" haha shit firm.

  • old fashion casuals

wish i was born in the seventies instead on the 90s

nothing kicks off enymore its boring to be fair

  • same

  • lol this anti-hooligan device is now on every street in Big Brother Britain

  • lol! 'latest anti-hooligan device'!!!

  • Chelsea's away support has always been good. Esp in those dark days. Makes me laugh when you get these muggy fans singing that.

  • its been alright at best

  • Chelseas support has always been good. We have the record attendance in football league history.....But the dumb fucks who say "where were you when you were shit" are just thick cunts.

I admit the crowds at the bridge went down in the 80's because of the headhunters who were(and still are) the most ruthless and dangerous hooligan firm in the country. So away fans didnt travel, and your average fan didnt come either.

    CFC, PRIDE OF LONDON

  • headhunters who were(and still are) the most ruthless and dangerous hooligan firm in the country.

    ???????????you believe that?€

    good one.

  • This was the worst season in Chelsea's history. 18th in the old div 2.

  • 50 Derby ,and the cheeky bastards sang where were you when you were shit!!

  • Yup...and we took 6,000 fans to Derby. Some dickheads don't know what they're talking about.

  • Im so glad that shite idea never happened!!!
