Yeah, I saw that one frequently while watching Lost on the station's website, my roommates and I couldn't help snickering every time (and we must have seen it a hundred times). It's a pretty well-known fact in the advertising industry that people's brains (especially men's) instinctively react to hearing sex-related words, so they'll slip them in at random places, and usually no one notices. Still, replacing the "middle" in "middle school" with "nipple" was a bit skeezy.
