  • This is adorable, but who was the ADD person who filmed this?

  • man i wish i could find a zoo that had no people

  • gorillas are like slightly wiser and more atheltic babies who age physically but not as much as humans do mentally. this video is super interesting

  • The kid just wanted to share some snacks with his new friend.

  • Thats cute

  • Tarzan in the making :D I love chimpanzees and all apes, they're all so intelligent and beautiful and human like it's amazing!

  • thats cute

  • Why was there glass between them :(

  • @MrKarlozz yes, it's incredibly presumptuous what man imagines einzusperen these wonderful creatures for his purposes and, unfortunately, much worse. Sad, very sad: (

  • This is so beautiful !

  • I wonder if this boy ever thought, why cant i touch my new friend. I would love to see what enjoyment they would have if that class was not there...

  • so precious

  • truly amazing creatures.

  • I hate to see these animals enslaved.... but maybe it's for their best since primitive humans hunt and kill them...

  • toddler shrieks kind of remind me of chimp vocalizations.

  • 19 jealous douches

  • Hmm, I wonder if a human banged an ape they can have babies... Anyone know? Trying to figure out, and it would be crazy if you could. I'm doing an experiment in real life, going to make my little brother try it out ;)

  • @Severe777 LOL

  • @Severe777 Why don't you try it out yourself .... go to Cameroon and try and bang an adult female chimpanzee.

  • @littlewoodimp In the words of Dave Chapelle: "Do you know how strong a chimp is? It'll rip your dick off like a celery stalk and throw it into the tall grass never to be seen again."

  • @Severe777 It's said that an experiment to do this was carried out a while ago. At the last moment they cancelled it and it "may" have not been carried out it was that close to being done. Not much was really released. At least from what I've learned.

  • Its too dangerous to let them play together without glass. you can tell the baby gorilla is sad he cant touch the boys things, but to say a baby gorilla is smarter than a baby boy is just ignorant. That boy was having way more cognitive thoughts, pointing at the sign, playing tag. gorrilla's are smart but lets not get ahead of ourselves jeesh

  • @royals1985brett maybe more creative and human like thoughts but they're still both mammals and still just as observant and aware of detail

  • This makes me pretty sad. Amazing how infants of all species can inspire our pity and empathy

  • A newborn baby chimp has a higher IQ than a newborn human baby.

  • this is a step to showing people that coexisting is possible, although seperated it is possible, having 2 babies, playing like that and communicating is beautiful. Being able to live with out power, egos, money etc... We will finally understand how to live in true peace with our fellow beings on this earth

  • two beautiful new lives on this earth, one free, the other caged. this is rather sad than cute.

  • @LizStarter That´s exactly what i was thinking while watching the video..(hope my english is okay )

  • I wish those two could actually play with and touch each other without the glass but then the mum or dad of the gorilla might get defensive...

  • @FangedBaby99 false, gorillas are incredibly gentle loving animals. I think the human parents would be 10 times more defensive than the gorillas if they played together

  • we are so much like them, minus the hair

  • it would be interesting if the human mother could bring her child back to the zoo or habitat weekly or monthly for years, as the two children developed and grow, to see how their relationship progresses. that is, if indeed, the restraints of the physical and mental separations can be overcome or ignored.

  • The human kid is free. The gorilla kid is imprisoned. The Gorilla kid would like to play with the toys, but he can;t. he is not allowed to. It is so sad. The gorilla kid is not free.

  • How can you be a proud human when you try to alter what the Good Creater had

designed for all to live in harmony, and how can you be a proud human when your

deviate mind is destroying the planet with your bottled water, air pollution, sun

cancer, contaminated earth, and poisoned lakes and oceans. The great apes and

other non-human animals can because they do not harm the planet. I wish

humans could/would learn to use common sense, compassion, empathy,

    reasoning, wisdom and morals .

  • @darlingsapphire1 Girlfriend, how are you so holy when you're on a computer?

  • @darlingsapphire1 Eh? Most people on this Earth want to do well - we just live in a limited society. As much as you and i may want to change the world, the ultimate reality is that money is power, and BP and oil firms have trillions of the stuff.

Until the world is ready and the monetary system is overturned we won't reach an equal, global society. In any power system someones going to be screwed over, and for the most part its those in Africa and Asia.

  • @darlingsapphire1 you do realise, if you can afford a computer - you are part of the problem.

  • Gorrila thinking,....Help, jet me away from this kid. XD

  • i can't believe i just watched this whole thing.

  • I KNEW THIS WAS C-BUS ZOO!! very neat!

  • To all you moral fags, I bet a Gorilla considers a human to be another animal that they see, not a close evolutionary relative. Take pride in being human you fucking fools, we have excelled in all environments, bending nature to OUR will. We are merely children in terms of our span of existance yet we have the power to change the world more than any meteor.

  • that nice :)

shame the gorilla doesnt know that his 'friends' species if wipeing him out and killing them.

  • i hate how people cant understand that we, yes humans, are a species that are in the same family as apes, we 2 are animals( look at ur facial placement of ur sensory organs, and look at ur hands,). and for all you anti evolutionists, im a christian too and i believe in evolution, and the link with other humanoids(apes). we are all related.

  • wow, the beginning of two different evolutions. This is amazing, the youngest form of a human, and the youngest form of a primate getting along. I love this, its like the human went forward in time and became a human, and then the primate caught up or the human went back in time, and they just sat there and were like "woahh dude, you were once me" (the chimp talking)

  • GOT SICK TRYING TO WATCH THIS......MOM NEEDS TO WORK THE CAMERA BETTER. UP DOWN UP DOWN UP DOWN.

  • aww

  • It is so adorable to live in a prison, innocent, for life.

  • oh very cute

  • is it amsterdam zoo ?

  • Dang I have always wanted a pet monkey!

  • the baby gorillia was like did you just put that in your mouth

  • do u no the kid or are u stalkin him and his mam?!?!

  • This is just adorable no matter how you slice it :)

  • @Athanatos2727 Beautiful

  • no its still fucked up bro animls need freedm to just how we need freedom so does are primate cuzzins

  • I disagree, jail you get fed, etc. the little gorilla wants some of that food the kid has. Its sad but I also have to agree with steviesuperstar-these are wild animals.

  • lol COZ THEY ARE ANIMALS every1 saying there like in jail they would have the best life ever no predetors to watch out for feed daily more like there in a hotel

  • oh wow how cute

  • @thermiscira Both seemed to be having fun.

  • reckon if there was no glass someone might have had his head pulled off , guess who

  • we treat our own relatives like animals . so sad to watch

  • this camera guy needs to relax on the zoomin lol

  • I love how the baby leaves the bowl on the edge and the gorilla looks at it "Where's the food, fool?"

  • its cute until the baby gorilla says thats my toy gimmie and rips the arm off the kid but yeah lets play together

  • aawww poor gorilla

  • love watching this video

  • What a special experience for that little one!!! He will always remember this day... thank you for sharing this video!

  • The Baby has already a car - we have to be carried and the BAbies would learn more fast to walk to talk and all what the parents do they learn quicker and are more intelligent .

thats proved! But the BAbies have to accustom driving CArs and being LAzy, even if they rather wanna walk genetically seen.

  • Where are the animals?

  • lmao!!! both babies got quiet with big mama came thru.

  • aw that is sad gorilla trying to get food from kid but glass is there..

  • Marvelous!

Isn't it wonderful that we're not the only apes around? I feel sad for the neanderthals, but these guys cheer me up.

  • Absolutely PRECIOUS... really touched my heart to see this interaction. Thank you for sharing! <3

  • At this stage of development... what ever that is running through the childs mind... is running through the apes as well. i think its around 6 or 7 that our minds just take off like rockets where the apes flattens out.

Amazing interplay between the two. Unscripted and innocent ... like only these children can bring.

  • cool watching that, "like" this if u think the person recording needs a bit of traning lol

  • now don't forget why they are captivated. there are factors such as rescue from poachers (shelter) and also research to redevelop their habitats. zoos serve 2 purposes. the main purpose is of course research, and the 2nd purpose is a bonus (for people to observe what's going on)

a good example would be the panda. their habitat is reduced at an amazing 25% every 2 years. with china's current status, we might see farming lands demand rise and probably in the next 10 years it will be gone.

  • In my mind I would like to se them play without the glas between them. though it could be dangerous. But this seems ok :D

  • awww how completely adorable was that? Thank you for sharing this video. :D It saddens me to see these gorrillas in such a different environment than what they are used to. They are used to lush green forests, with lots of green vegetation and trees. Not a big fake tree and some straw. That made me sad, but the interaction between the baby gorrilla and the child was precious. :D

  • OH MY GOD. THIS is so beautiful

  • i see this at school all the time except the other kids had clothes

  • I like how the mama gorrilla comes over to check out whats happening, realizes her baby has a new fried, then goes about her buisness.

  • i wouldn't say cute because the baby gorilla is captivated. Not fair.

  • @vivreback

Its being looked after..... What more do you want?

  • i remember this zoo! went to it a few times when i was like 10

  • 0:42 that monkey is the same as us....

  • @Lukeschedel yeh except for the fact that its a monkey

  • did anybody watch babies day out??

  • @poopchunk3 haha yeah thats a great film

  • That's how they raise war supporters.

  • Thats touching, and ADORABLE.

  • Unfortunately humans are very delicate critters. Gorillas average about 7 times our strength, and they don't realize it. Unfortunately, the idea that you can crush this thing you are having so much fun with is one they have trouble with...

  • @AliasUndercover ...7 X's eh??....not 6 ??

  • @AliasUndercover Gorillas are gentle herbivores and don't USUALLY attack people unless they feel threatened. But yeah :) There is such a thing as scary love when it comes to giant cuddly animals like this.

  • thats so cool how they played remids me of tarzan lol

  • just goes to show we're not so different after all, are we : )

  • @Spork09 I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but was that a gorilla operating the camera?

  • This looks like it would be a great video to watch but the camera operater keeps shaking and zooming. Horrible job.

  • Thats so sad to see the baby gorilla trapped behind glass.

  • in my opinion they don't look a thing like humans ,they look as much human as a dog does!

  • Please tell these people that gorillas are not monkeys. Also, most zoos partner with organizations in various countries to help save wild places and wild animals. Check with your local zoo to see which ones they help support.

The child is cute. People should be happy with only one child, especially if it is this sweet. Please help slow the human population explosion. Please try to touch the earth lightly. Thank you! One love.

  • Why are people so cruel. Don't go to the zoo. Put it out of business and channel your entrance fee money into a protected reserve in Africa.

  • this is very inspiring. really shows how similiar apes and humans are

  • I play with human babies! I'm 68 years old too!

    Thumbs up!

  • aww "try it, tryit monkey" "honey he cant, the glass is there." "oh." :*(

  • Wow, so beautiful.

  • Open? open? LOL

  • that human is not a baby.

    fail.

  • cute!

  • they do say as we are babies we possed a telepathic link which we lose when we use complex language

  • @Cozzi0 they also say that some people are crazy...

this just shows that are species are able to interact with other apes alot more than thought before.

  • i think this is soo adorable and its amazing how we look so alike to the great apes

  • At first glance it seems that the Gorilla is trapped inside, or is the Gorilla protected from the Human?

I love Gorillas, but that Baby's screams are loud enough to scare it.

  • we are an ape ourselves

  • we are apes ourselves

  • ...

  • is this at the ft worth zoo> it looks so familiar

  • Nice vid but makes me feel sad how the Gorilla seems to be like in a jail =(

  • yes i do feel you,i wish it was more a a wild animal park zoo more land and freedom.everytime i go to the zoo i feel really sad.

  • exactly :(

  • @Dantellezv agree :(

  • Not really, i think of it more as protective custody. These animals are being shot in the wild, mostly just so that they can steal the young infants (of about the same age as the one playing the the video) this often means that the rest of the group is killed as they defend for that infant to the death.

What would you rather Dantelle? an animal that is hunted to extinction? or an animal kept in an enclosure where it is fed well and has a natural setting?

  • we should not be killing them in the wild in the first place becaus it is there territory

  • @Dantellezv It is for the safety of the gorilla as much as it is for humans. That gorilla is well cared for, and may one day be released back in the wild so its probably not a "life sentence" ;)

  • that is the most precious thing ive seen in a long time....what an adorable little boy.

  • I loved the part when they both opened their mouthes and put them up against the glass. It's incredible how intelligent gorillas are!

  • I don't understand why people don't see a human resemblance in these magnificent creatures. Just like us humans whom have branched off the primate tree we've evolved all this time to where we are today. These primates haven't evolved to our level yet so by calling these creatures dumb would be like calling humans dumb. 2-3 million years ago our ancestors like "Lucy" weren't very bright but we evolved to where we are today. These creatures are still in their prime stages of evolution

  • Not anymore. They are done. Human kind is preventing any kind of progression here.

  • Comment removed

  • @Peta016 I disagree to some extent. I absolutely see a human resemblance in these gorillas but I think its arrogant to think that we are more evolved. Yes, we are the species that (only in numbers, not as individuals) has the power to impact our planet the most, but we are not the indisputable best. Every species has evolved differently and filled a different niche. The gorilla is not backwards, it has just a different approach to life and the struggle for survival. Gor. = Gor.! not prim. human

  • @5mitch08 You beat me to it. This guy seems to have a 'Pokémon™' approach to evolution.

  • @Peta016 the thing is that our nearest relatives are in the "prime stages" since 2 million years, basically not changing or in hardly recognizable evolutionary speed - whilst the homo sapien evolved from a furry ape to what he is today in only one quarter of a million years. there must be some cognitive ability that led to this enormous development within "no time" which our nearest relatives just don't seem to have, however significant the resemblences in other aspects. PS: I love animals

  • @Peta016 I agree. However they are at the same evolution as us, they are just different species. A common misconception. Gorillas wont evolve into humans, it just doesnt work like that.

  • cute little guys, both of ´em!

  • kay real quick, if their equal or greater intelligence then humans, why do they fling their shit when their mad? riddle me this

  • same reason we punch walls, scream, kick, slam doors, etc.

  • Human do fling their shit at each other when we get pissed we just choose to use high explosives instead of feces.

  • speak for yourself, i prefer the classics

  • If every child had an experience like this, maybe more people would care about the perilous condition of our environment and wildlife.

  • They don't destroy the planet.

  • They don't destroy the planet because they weren't given the ability to. Doesn't make them smarter. Birds don't destroy the planet either, doesn't make them smarter than us.

No offense, but that comment was retarded.

  • i want to see them play with sticks and stones

  • Gorilla is proved to have equal or sometimes even greater intelligent then human. However, we have civilization and technology so we can stay superior.

  • if thats so then why dosnt it write us an email telling us aout the jungle

  • man i waned to see them play without the wall

  • the irony is when that boy grows up he might spend some time working in a 6x6 cubicle with solid walls and no decor and stuck in a chair...free the humans!

  • @limescape Save yourself, the rest do not lead us into your crazy. I'd rather be in an office.

  • @limescape good observation!

  • The only difference is the baby gorilla is locked up and so cannot play with the human toddler, - shame........

  • lol ^^ maybe the gorilla thinks the toddler is locked up.

  • gorillas, intelligent as they are, really should *not* be in cages. of course, they're not safe outside of them, so... sigh.

  • it makes me sad....to think that baby gorilla..can't play with him...(is inside that glass looking pityful)

  • this is great!

if only the zoo keepers could give the baby gorilla the same toys as your child and they could observe how they both react together with them

  • Wow, that's amazing! Thanks for sharing... but next time brush up your camera skills ;p

  • the camera guy is a winner.

  • man that whole video i was just waiting for a 900 pound beast to break through the glass

  • The interaction between the child and the gorilla was beautiful

  • I betcha we used to live with gorillas by our side before we evolved into the humans we are today.

  • dammit, i thought human child and baby gorilla play together without a wall (glass window) between them

  • ya well even a baby gorilla still posseses the strength of an adult

  • a baby gorilla doesn't have the strenght of a human adult, I don't think so.

  • looks like the columbus zoo.

  • beautiful

  • the baby gorillas like wheres all your hair

  • 'Humans have a habit of killing there cousins'

Just look what we did to the Neanderthals, we share a common ancestor with them as well, we kill them.

we Kill the Apes off next. Grr how dare they have better short term and long term memories than us humans. How dare they be able to create there own sign language after just learning a little asl. 'There to Smart for there own good. Soon they be taking are jobs. Last thing I need Is the Gorilla taking my welding jobs on top of skyscrapers.

  • Lol, it's the truth lol.

  • It must be annoying to have a bunch of idiots staring at you all the time.

  • awesome!!!!!

  • this is SO cute. i wonder what would have happened if there was no glass in between them. they're so similar and yet they look completely different. :)

  • amazing video!

  • they should let them meet in a private room and putit on the news or something like that.

  • Amazing, heartwarming, brings almost a tear to the eye. Something about the interaction between the two, the baby gorilla's actions, amazing, like two human babies playing, we are not so different.

Poor gorilla looks lonely when the kid runs away.

  • Please go to the doctor and let yourself be checked for Parkinson's disease.

  • This is something that LIFE magazine could publish. So cute and wonderful to watch. Thanks for posting!

  • no u fuckin science freaks there is no link between ape and human, so stop wasting time a money on research, the burma situation is more in need, GEEKS!

  • love baby gorillas how cute :)

  • This is watching the process of evolution, live.....beautiful!

  • This is watching evolution happening, live....it's beautiful.

  • This brought tears to my eyes. The innocence of the baby gorilla and toddler was absolutely adorable. Scientifically speaking, these may have been our ancestors and its a shame we can't even safely interact with them anymore. I would love to get the chance to interact with these incredibly intelligent animals. Thank you SO much for posting!♥

  • the gorrilla is not our ancestor but we do share a common ancestor.
