great Video thanks for posting.Capone and alot of those guys used to go though my hometown. as it was the way to Northern Wisconsin in the 20s and 30s. Riverwalk Jazz did a Great Show on Earl Hines a while back
@greentom7777 The story is that Mr. Hines was playing a club where Capone used to come in, and one night Capone said to Earl, "Hey, your hanky is folded the wrong way" (i.e., hanky in Earl's breast pocket). So, Capone takes the hanky from Earl's breast pocket and folds it another way, then puts in back. And Earl said, "Well, after Mr. Capone left, I took the hanky out of my pocket to fold it the way it was before, and I found a $100 bill in it."
Excellent post. Thanks for sharing.

Didn't mean to rate this a three, just wanted to mark it a favorite and hit the wrong thing. Sorry!

A fantastic little movie. I would love to know what you used to make this, if you did it yourself!

@Aaron1912 Have you ever visited the virtual online world of "second Life"?
I have build a 1920s Berlin neighbourhood there were you could record plenty of cool videos for your youtube channel.

I was fortunate to see "Fatha" Hines in person once in the 70s and hear him tell stories of the great old days.

Great tuba! This has to be one of the shortest musical recordings ever made. I wonder why?
