I don't care if it is fake or not, all this has shown me is that you can get a good head with tin cans if you do it RIGHT. That is what this is about is it not, if we are going to throw tast, color etcetera out the window then we must focus on the head and lacing. So i challenge you TSA, make a extract beer with tin cans, DME (no grains) and add what you need (hops and so forth) to get good head and lacing. Remember it does not matter if it tasts good as long as you get your head and lacing.
