  • Because society changes, so does G_d? I believe G_d was clear on the subject. Jesus didn't restate what was so commomly understood.

  • Emergence Christianity = Counter Reformation Papist

It's not anymore complicated than that

  • sociological shifts? what remains? nothing.

a rather boring and irrelevant country club. let them burble irrelevantly in their corner. i will neither seek them nor regard them.

    they have nothing

  • See 2:35 in the video: The only thing He ( Jesus...our lord) is really clear about????

  • My apologies, I'm a idiot with a man crush on gtrjunky and I have nothing better to do with my time than stalk him and dedicate videos to him. I just can't stay away from him and get a life.

  • @Iuvdady

    FAIL!

  • As you can see, I have a man crush on gtrjunky and I troll around Youtube, stalking him. I use several aliases to do this. My main channel is called "luvdady" and you can view my obsession with him there.

  • @gtrjunkyisfaiI

"stalking" yeah that's original, yeah I guess if I had to make phishing accounts

I guess you hide behind your fake profile pics because then they would recognize you from "chat roulette" and the micro entertainer you provide on there lol

yeah i guess you truly are fail, @least i could come up with original names \

  • I fear for this woman when she stands before God and has to explain why she held the Gates of Hell open so people could go there.

  • This woman is an abomination! How could Cornerstone Festival let such an evil apostate such as her in to the grounds?! Might as well invite Helena Petrovna Blavatsky in! This is pure paganism This is exactly what God HATED about Israel the mystics! How DARE she blaspheme our Holy Bible! She wants to see the end to Sola scriptura! What an evil pagan! This is beyond catastrophic for the Christian Church to allow her in! Its like inviting Jezebel to your Church! Utterly repulsive and disgraceful

  • I am the owner of a former record label that was represented at Cornerstone Festival back in the 90's. Cornerstone is DISGRACED by her presence!

  • Amen! She wants t see the end of Sola Scriptura because that is what stands in the way of their forthcoming heresies.

  • Phyllis is going to have to "come to grips" with the FACT that God's word NEVER CHANGES!

When she stands before Jesus in judgement, she will be without excuse.

  • @gtrjunky you obviously havent read the bible, god is living and living things change, the word is living and its message is living (+ the message is the medium), so the message (and so should the medium) does change and have a different impact, god speaks through a donkey, and God also speaks through people, so phyllis is just being honest about gods revelation to her ,dont judge, dont add bricks to your doctrine wall just listen and be transformed.

  • @kingdomtheology Keep trying. God's word does not change!

  • @gtrjunky um, Gods word is revelation, his revelation is not completed, he is still revealing truth and the message is then being reformed as it is more and more revealed, also as the world becomes more complex, we also have to respond to it (subjectively) in light of that revelation. [dont be so arrogant, you keep trying]

  • @kingdomtheology It really doesn't matter that she's "being honest". The words that come from her mouth are false and DO NOT line up with God's word. I will stand firm behind the SOLID BRICKS that make the wall of truth in God's word and I WILL JUDGE between that which is true and that which is false.

Yes, I have read the bible.

  • @gtrjunky you really think Gods purpose for us is to judge the GLBT community, seriously! what gospel are you reading, the only people the Jesus seem to rebuke where people who thought they knew what was right (the pharisees). Gods truth is not a wall that we should put between us and others, it is a foundation for which we should live together. If you use the message of Jesus Christ to condemn and judge the actions of others, then you will be condemned and judged.

  • @kingdomtheology "Complete"??? Who used that word? Who says that God is till revealing????

  • @gtrjunky you implied as though the revelation of God was finished. Most theologians would consider God to continually being revealing himself to us. EG movement of the holy spirit,

  • @kingdomtheology What "most theologians" are yu referring to? Who says that the EG movement is of the holy Spirit?

  • @gtrjunky i meant for example, the movement of the holy spirit, brian Mc, jim wallis, nt wright, Scot mcknight, most protestant theologians, believe in a continual revelation, hence preacher, teachers, authors, lecturers.

  • @kingdomtheology Those are what we call heretics, not "thoelogians". In order to make your case, you need an objective standard. Do you have one? Those wolves are not on par with the more sure word of God.

  • @gtrjunky no those are what you call heretics, they are theologians by definition. God is objective, everything else is subjective. I dont need a wall of truth in which to put everything through, why do we need to judge others?, our call is to love. if you are calling most theologians including lets say irenaus, old school church father, then the only heretic i can see is you.

  • @kingdomtheology Your first accusation was that I "haven't read the bible".

First of all, why would you appeal to a 2000 year old manuscript if you think that it is somehow dfferent today?

Again. do you have an objective standard to support your claim?

  • @gtrjunky there are nearly 40,000 denominations in protestanism, thats the issue with sola scripture, phyllis isnt ignoring scripture she is saying lets read it in light of the metanarritive (overarching message), in the context of history and try and parallel that into our context.

  • @kingdomtheology 40,000 denominations? Which one's?

  • @gtrjunky Anyone can make an assertion about God but not anyone can substantiate it with proof. Please demonstrate from God's word that what she says is true?

  • @gtrjunky

    you first there bucko

  • @gtrjunky yup along with the crew u run with.

i guess 1 out of 1 is Fail!

  • bleh... repent! church - scripture = non-church

  • @got2liv4him yes but the message of the bible is very differ now than what is was to the original (and immediatly intended) audience. im not saying thats a good thing, im saying thats a fact, i think our job is to try and find out what that original message was. i also think that god has finished revealing his message to us. i appeal to the scripture because of its role in the cannon and tradition. the problem is that scripture can be interpreted very differently.

  • @kingdomtheology Really? Says who???

  • @kingdomtheology Again, says who?

  • @gtrjunky can you be more specific?

  • @kingdomtheology I think you're the one who needs to be more specific.

  • @gtrjunky your a dick, who obviously cant see that maybe your pastor wasnt right when he told you that all the fags are going to hell.

  • @kingdomtheology Good rebuttle. You've made a great case...I repent. Did the "holy spirit" lead you to say that?

  • @gtrjunky yea, the spirit is within me, so yea i guess it did. your still a douche tho

  • @kingdomtheology Thankk you. I guess you've never read the bible. Eph.4:29 still stands.

Anyone who persists in unrepentant sin will go to Hell, whether it be homosexuality, lying, stealing, beastiality, witchcraft, etc.

  • @gtrjunky have i ever said the not repenting is ok? no, but its not our place, their transformation is their and gods thing, its got very little to do direclty with us, the best way we can transform them is to love them.

  • @kingdomtheology The message of the Bible is different now? Who says? God's word is for all time. He knew everything that was needed for us and it is totally sufficient! (2 Tim 3:16-17) Just because Ms. Tickle has decided she isn't "okay" with parts of it, does not mean it is not true & sufficient for today. God will not contradict His Word. If that were so, the Bible is utterly worthless.

  • @lotsacoffee Gods word, is gods word, but it wasnt written by god, it was written by people. In their words is gods revelation of who he is and what he is doing. from everything from letters to poems, the bible will probably never be added to specifically, but to say that his revelation is finished is just not true. did you know that god repented in the bible in the book of jonah,

  • @kingdomtheology I'll ask you again. SAY'S WHO?

  • @kingdomtheology All Scripture is God-breathed. And God is not fickle (like Ms Tickle) :-p He is consistent & unchanging (Malachi 3:6). Nothing "catches Him by surprise". When He has changed His 'course of action' (from our viewpoint), it is in relation to man's repentance. Also, there are stern warnings for those who would "add to" or "take away from" God's Word. (Deut 12:32, Prov 30:5-6, Rev 22:18-19)

  • @lotsacoffee all scripture is god breathed, God is living and has a conscious being so he is able to change and does, his love is unfailing and his love is consistent and unchanging. your taking those verses about adding or taking away out of context as they are in relation to their immediate manuscript. So revelation is talking in relation to revelation so on and so forth.

  • @kingdomtheology Yes, but the point is repeated throughout Scripture. You are saying God changes...Scripture says He changes not. By what authority do you make such a contradictory statement?

  • @lotsacoffee Gods love is the same, but God is living, and he can and does at times change his mind. if god was a system then he wouldnt change, but he isnt a robot he is living.

  • @kingdomtheology Again: By what authority to you make this claim? God does not change (Malachi 3:6, Numbers 23:19, 1 Samuel 15:29, James 1:17, Hebrews 13:8). God, who is outside of time, has declared the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:9-11). And, He has told us what will happen and revealed to us--through Scripture--His plan. This doesn't make Him a "robot". It just shows He is all-knowing, immutable.

  • @lotsacoffee I like how you validate your points with scripture and not CONJECTURE.

BTW, you know that biblical God doesn't fly today? Most prefer to dine on the theologcal feces of Maclaren & Bell.

  • @gtrjunky The thing about conjecture is, we can each offer our own until our faces turn blue...but it means nothing. But the fact that God magnifies His Word above His own name (Ps 138:2); and that Peter (who walked & talked w/Jesus) calls this "a more sure word"; or that the Bible's track record with foretelling the future is 100%...I believe God's Word is a wise place to put our confidence. Surely better than in some of these fly-by-night wannabe "theologians" who come up with "a new way"...

  • @gtrjunky

yeah you shoud try that sometime

    Jesus flunked botany by gutterjunky.

    when in doubt block them

when that doesn't work run away.

  • @kingdomtheology Also, we are told to earnestly contend for THE FAITH that was once given to the Saints (Jude 1:3) In Galatians 1, Paul warns that if anyone (even an angel from Heaven!) were to preach another gospel other than what we have received, let him be accursed. If we had an "ever-changing" gospel/faith/message there would be no standard to measure anything by. Nothing SURE for us to contend for. Me? I'm sticking with the tried & true.

  • @lotsacoffee he does contradict himself, thats why we grace is just so amazing, Thats what she (tickle) is getting at. our response to christs grace should be love, not judging.

  • @kingdomtheology Please define "judging", according to scripture.

  • @gtrjunky sheep and goats

  • @kingdomtheology Care to define that?

  • @gtrjunky sure, in matthew jesus talks about how we will be judged, so judgement is a decision of consequence, God decides our fate. So our place is not to judge other peoples fate, we should love christians the same way we love the gay rights activist (who may also be a christian).

  • @kingdomtheology No, it's not our place to judge others of the same thing we're guilty of. Jesus warning is against hypocritical judgment. Read John 7:24.

  • @gtrjunky no its just not our place to judge

  • @kingdomtheology Fine, please tell me what Jesus meant then in John 7:24?

  • @gtrjunky I judge you want Phylis to tickle your pickle.

  • @gtrjunkyisfail ha, good one.
