Glenn Beck has to be one of the most bipolar news personality ive ever had to witness. 1st, he hates Ron Paul, then likes Ron Paul, would rather vote for Ron Paul in a 3rd party over Newt Gingrich, then says Ron Paul is supported by George Soros funded agencies. This guy is nuts!!!

I've lost allot of respect for Beck!!! Gingrich is not a progressive you tard. This is all a decoy to support Romney a MORMON. You're actually the one making baseless assertions here. Gingrich supported the stimulus, he supported the wars, he supported cap and trade and made campaign adds with Nancy Pelosi for God's sake. Voting for Gingrich, Romney, or Obama is pretty much the same thing.

P.S. ...Kenetoken, to answer your question, Newt seemed to be pretty straight forward so far. The question of voting for a bill that increases gov't size, even though he's against bigger gov't was his only "iffy" moment for me so far. But he did seem to naturally be able to defend his argument and make it seem pure. (i know he's known for being a great talker though.) Thanks for posting!

I've been a Beck fan for years, subscribe to GBTV, the whole 9 yards. Now I've only seen part one of this interview so far, and i will watch the rest in a moment. But, Off the bat I can finally understand why Glenn doesn't usually interview people he disagrees with. Its the way he looks an talks to coworkers as if "yeah right" while sometimes using the mute button. I love ya Glenn, your my brother for sure, but you know theres cameras present, and you wouldnt do that in front of him at 5pm.

Why are Newt's answers being accepted by Glenn? Mr. Beck has changed. Glenn is why I have educated myself on current events & politics. I know now that I have to read what reps. write, not whats being told about them in the media. I'm for Ron Paul for this reason. There's more reading & listening to do but thus far, none other has met as many of my expectations as Cong. Paul. We'll see when I vote in the primary in May. Newt, hope you've wizened up by then. It's the only chance you've got buddy.

@bigred1mg1 Honestly i love your post. My feeling toward why Glenn seemed a little soft is that I believe he wants to seem as objective as possible, or else no one would want to go on his show. In all fairness, if you listen to his radio show or watch his internet show, take notice that he does say he wouldnt vote for newt and tells you why. He believes Newt is a big gov't guy, etc. When you have glenns platform you dont have to yell at him, but just listen and let Newt speak and share his view.

I must first say I think Romney is the best candidate for winning. Paul is the best on the issues (but completely unelectable). Newt is very informative, but I am really concerned about his electability as well.
