The quality is too low and the zoom too tight. In the description of how to remove the wishbone (1:19-1:29), it's completely impossible to see what's going on!

Thanks, I was wondering why it took me 15 minutes to de-bone a chicken thigh. I was using a regular knife which was too blunt at the tip. :P
