I have a theory about how Vulture got rid of the "mutating gene". He got the "gene" because he touched Spider-Man, so maybe he reversed the arm bands allowing him to GIVE the "Gene" to someone.

I think he's smart enough to reverse the arm bands, and evil enough to curse someone else with the "gene".

i think it has to do with proper positioning. a dog goes for the throat and to do so takes a certain angle on their opponent. plane fights are much the same. you want to get behind them or above them or whatever. atleast that is the best i can figure, but i'm pretty good about stuff like this.
