Has this guy ever considered actually paying attention to the person's response to his questions? He should try this crazy technique called a "follow up" versus the awkward pauses and staring at your same sheet of questions that you ask EVERY single interview. You have some decent interviews, but go back, watch the videos, and pay attention to your nonverbals. You look like you aren't paying attention, ie you start looking at your sheet before the person even finishes talking.
