Call assistant prosecutor Robert S. Tobias 614-645-8940 and tell him to prosecute or elevate the charges against career criminal Mark Andrew Hudson for fraud, criminal trespassing/home invasion/burglary, (felonious) assault, extortion (calumny), felonious theft and telecommunications harassment.
Kudos to the unit, and Rick for trying, I really mean that... HOWEVER, that being said, I have to ask . where does the "victim" go when (s)he leaves the building? Also, you have to understand that offenders have no, ZERO respect for court orders. How you you ENSURE the victim they will NOT be attacked?
