It's been 6 weeks today since I lost my Grandma Hicks. I miss her so much. This song is all about her. She had a stroke back in June, it was bad but with therapy so recovered and got to come home. There where a few things that she couldn't do, so my cousin Felicia and I took care of her. We talked about things we did when I was young. I loved it. I'm privileged to have childhood and adult memories with my grandma. I miss her so badly.* I love you chicken*

my granny suffered from dimentia lost her sight most of her hearing basically all her independence ... she suffered for several years but today at 5:37 that ended. She is in so much peace and no more pain . Ty for this video .

This song was written by my cousin, Charlie Floyd, about my great-grandmother, Hattie Jordan Hucks. Charlie's mother and my grandfather were siblings. Charlie has an amazing voice and talent.
