@elekte95 lexie was in love with him but he never reciprocated or even acknowledged her feelings. so as she was being really good to him, he was somewhat of an ass to her. and when he was able to retake his intern exam thanks to her and he passed he completely forgot about her and how good she was to him when she was his only friend.
