I remember that vividly, & considering some of the suspensions being handed down today I'm certain that Brown would now receive AT LEAST a 50-game ban. As far as it concerens the Rangers acquiring a well-deserved reputation as a pussy team, I was told of a story where a ref during a break in the action of a Rangers game essentially told Dave Maloney that him & his teamates were cowards with no balls. A REF, that is an impartial party, tore into Dave verbally & had him practically in tears.

It's funny...the reason no one stood up was because in the pre-season there was a brawl and the Rangers traded all these players away (Plett and others) that were enforcers. Espo was coach and hated this crap...Big pussy...
