I know the "actual footage" is a artist re-enactment, but still mind boggling regardless. FWIW, there's no difference. "Ballistic missiles" and "launch vehicles" are almost the same. In fact, the Gemini astronauts flew on Titan II ICBMs.

There are practical considerations that influence the design, so a good launch vehicle never makes a good ICBM, but the other way works fine: ICBMs get sold surplus and these are used as launch vehicles.
