@dotKHmdotcom The way to get more tools is by going into the tools box, right click, and a list of tools will show up. Click on a blank box in the tools area and then pick the tool you want from the list and it will be added to the tools arsenal :) That's how I did it.

Sterling! JUST THE GIRL I WAS HOPING TO FIND. Okay, I need help. I am going to KILL SOMEBODY VERY SOON. I am doing my first Lineless (i think that's what their called...) drawing. The first chracter I think turned out awesome. My character sucks. SO. MUCH. The shading is horrible, SAI is beiing a deuche and I can't get the mouth to look like the other one's (meaning, I can't get it to look...not real, but...not flat. ) How. on earth. do you. keep. from. going. in sane.

@animatorZee My dear! O_O Well, for starters, take a break. Take MANY breaks if need be. If a drawing is frustrating you there's no need to keep pushing yourself to do it if you're getting mad.

Also, look up references. Try new things and methods on a blank canvas and then once you have something that you think works, apply that technique and method to your drawing. Take. Your. Time. That's the key. Take your time and take a deep breath and take breaks if you need to. That's what I do :)

Well, I remember the person behind the art is just a person like myself :) That's how I do it. They learned over time and therefore even if I'm jealous of their work I realize I can also learn and get better over time. No one is born with skill and it can't be developed overnight, it takes time and work and perseverance. All things which everyone is capable of.
