Heard this guy in Cape Town earlier this year singing in Aida. Gorgeous voice in the real old Italian tradition and a superb stage presence. He stole the show for me!

The pacing is a little slow for my taste, especially during the actual Te Deum at the end. But a magnificent voice nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with you about the slow pacing - it means the tension does not build quite as it should. But his voice is great.
And isn't that the best line in all opera -'Tosca, mi fai dimenticare Iddio!' (Tosca, you make me forget God!)??
