  • hardcore!

  • Loved this album as a kid.. Brings back memories! Thanks for sharing!

  • Wow! I wore this Tape out! I would pump it so loud! Which is funny because I was a white kid from La Crescenta who was into UNDERCOVER and ALTAR BOYS! this was my favorite track. We gotta get this on ITUNES.

  • This cut had me witnessing to every kid in high school doin "drive by witnessing!" SFC (Soldiers For Christ) kept putting out music that kept a brotha saved - AMEN!

  • yo check out this raw artis he is ill youtube keilo the mixtape killer

  • Lot of great stuff out there guys, just good to have had a great heritage! I do pray these guys go "back to the lab" to whip up somethin' new! Been waitin' a minute! Don't have to come the way new cats do, just make it Hot! Holy! & keeps it Hip Hop! One Love

  • I used to listen to this album over and over in the 90s. these guys along and secular rap groups were much more talented than today's hacks. Also check out Dynamic Twins' album "No Room 2 Breathe".

I'm not even religious. Just strictly speaking on rap.

  • god bless you Homie

  • wow man i grew up on this stuff!!!!. I Love it.

  • I'm always down for the drive-by witness....

  • @daverdci Roll up real slow and fire/ hit a gang banger and a backslider

  • It stands for Soldiers For Christ and you'll be in my prayers, potsos. I know life can be tough.

  • @tammyd7 Thanks Tammy, that's nice of you. But I have to say, life is not very tough at all. I enjoy mine every day! Hope you do the same.

  • the sample used during the chorus/hook was later used in one of the Junior Mafia songs......i just cant recall which one @ the moment.......but i will research and report!

  • Classic!

  • oh MANNNNNNNNNN - Did i ever used to bump the heck outta this CD - this song was my FAVORITE, lol - i wish i could find this disc again. nothing on itunes,

  • I am From brazil and Know about SFC sincer 1991 - Good band !!!

  • As OriGinal As I Am! SouthCentralLosAngelesSoldier4ChristIVLIFE

  • love this song....brings me back to the old days.

  • this is real hip hop, I love this guy P.I.D,Dyanamic Twins, Dj dove,12th tribe, Freedom of Soul,Gritz and P.I.D again cuz they was doin this in the 80's !

  • thiis is the best christian hiphop I've ever heard. I used to play this loud back in the day, I got to get this underated hiphop classic again :)

  • @dannydangerously, it's better than most of today's secular "hip hop" too.

  • Soldiers my brotha ..Soldiers For Christ

  • This was my first christian rap cd an I still bump this.

  • Supa C was the equivalent of KRS-1 for gospel rappers back in the day. He held it down for those of us who were serious for Jesus. Thanks Sup! D-Vine MC from Transformation Crusade

  • next to d-boy djdove was one best on the turntables

  • Thanks SO much for posting. Supa-C was ahead of his time, and so was this album. I remember bringing this on my walkman to Christian camp in junior high, and setting somebody straight about how this was REAL hip hop and NOT DC Talk!

  • woohoo! thanks for the ride man.....been a while.....used to have these guys on cassette

  • i love oldschool stuff. they're just soooo much better. =]

  • You gotta put that "Minister of Music" track up. That's the one off this album that I always come back to!

  • I have said this since i first heard the man. Sup the Chemist has always been and will laways be before his time....

  • Saw these guys in pittsburgh in '92 or '93, soldiers for christ rocked da house!

  • Once you listen to this stuff, you can't listen to new school trash without realising how lame it is!

  • This and about 6 other albums he did was fresh. Especially the 3 before this one.

  • damn!!! this is some badass old school shit!!!

  • I have to be honest I luv must of the old school Christian rap than the new stuff that's out because it had more personality and creativity than the new stuff. After like 3 tracks of the new stuff I gotta turn it off cause it's overbearing.

  • I didnt know there was christian shit like this. They sound prett cool.

  • Servants for Christ but that still the SFC representing, God Bless

  • It actually does stand for Soldiers.

  • Actually, on their song "Aint No Stoppin," one of the emcees mentions "now my soul is for Christ." SFC stood for Souls for Christ.

  • actually it stood for "soldiers for christ" homie

  • man for like a year i was reppin S.F.C. thinking i made it up. but it turns out theres really a soldier for Christ group...wow.

  • Man do you know how long I have trying to find this cd. Its like pulling teeth. Thanks for uploading this. SFC and Dynamic Twins were the baddest christian rappers going. I would blast this in the church parking lot.

  • this is by far one of my favorite Old School albums of all time.I remember blowing some speakers out cranking this and the Crucified.Good stuff

  • why are you atheist?

  • That's not a discussion I care to have on here and it would be a disservice to this music anyway. And ultimately, it's only important to me. The point of this is to celebrate a talented, seminal rap group, not go on and on about why I'm no longer christian. ;)

  • @potsos oh blah blah if ur 'no longer' one then u never WERE one duh.

  • @Kemy96 Yes, that's the point.

  • Back then with D. Drew and C. Cooper, MC Gee Gee,Micheal Peace, Stephen Wiley, 12th tribe, and so many more...Good days

  • This is the song that started me on my journey not only into Christian rap, but Rap!!

  • Straight dopeness from back in dem days!

  • I got this in my ride as I speak! This is a piece of history to Me and all my homies, always talk about early christian Hip hop history...most don't know theres. DOPE!

  • SFC are pioneers in Christian rap bro. This group inspired DJ Maj to begin doing Christian rap mixtapes in the 90's.

  • WOW i have not heard this in years!!! i was driving Zamboni and working as the stage manager at a club in mpls when these guys came thru town. i dont remember how we got them out to the ice arena but to this day i have the pic of SFC and myself in front of the boni... what a riot!!!!

  • Nice! Glad to know this has brought memories for someone esle. ;)
