It is a great game and yes sometimes I get sad cause I look forward to get off work and come home and play farmville and tend to my farm! If you pay attention to what she said, there was no mention of being able to plant on your neighbors farm. She said you would be able to plow plots that have already been fallowed and collect from the animals. I see nothing wrong with that since you will still get the experiences and coins. I do think there should be an option that lets you choose whether or not you want your friends to do this for you though.

Well i think its a wonderful idea for people too help out on their neighbors farms by planting in plowed plots, harvesting trees and collecting from animals. You and your friend will get experience points and coins as well according too what Lexi said in the pod cast so no one is losing out. Some times i'm away and i don't have a chance too tend too my farm so this is a great opportunity for people too help out. I can't wait for this opportunity.

The person who owns the farm get their regular amount of coins and XP, just as if they had done it themselves. As a reward for helping your neighbor, you get coins and XP also, just like you do now for feeding their chickens and fertilizing their crops. I only wish they would have started this at the beginning of summer. It would have helped the people going on vacation and not able to tend to their farms. I think it's great!!

@kaysweb1 I haven't heard the entire podcast yet, but fertilizing/feeding are different from harvesting... e.g., my Maple trees get ready at 4 pm, a neighbour harvests them at 4:01... I log in at 4:03, will I get the same ready-to-harvest Maple Trees? Or do I have to wait again for 2-3 days for my trees to get ready for harvest.. If the first case is true, then it's a tough job Zynga has to tracking who harvested trees, if a neighbour, then again make the trees at 100%, for the owner to harvest?

I think it's a great idea that you can have people helping to harvest your crops for you because if you have withered crops and no unwither ring then you're going to lose out on farmville gold :\ and you'll be spending MORE gold just to replant them!!! I also have flowers planted in plots that I DO NOT want harvested, PERIOD. This is an INVASION of my property and I DO NOT want neighbors coming in and doing things I DO NOT want done.
