As an additional note for determining the date; color 16mm film was introduced in 1935 and 8 mm color film was first made available in 1936 - both of which fit in Kelly's timeline. The only catch is If the film is Super 8, then it would have to be after 1965, which is when Super 8 was first produced.

not Skiatook. that was founded by Wm. Supernaw,Sr in 1970. These images are circa 1956-61 according to fancy styles. Definitely Osage. The film is developed backwards because OK Indians dance clockwise. This appears to be a staged event since non-traditional includes non-Indian, possibly Gilcrease or near Bartelsville. Good film.
