Anyone who wasn´t in a fight yet, cannot understand the healing nature of physical activity. Also there maybe other ways to express the body and free the mind, than hitting with toilet-seats or chairs, but anyway everyone has to choose what he needs to feel good. For me as for many others, fighting is a way of life, which makes you a better person for yourself, for your familiy, for society.
