About service are complaints such as these that are not Sprint's lack of service but more the customer's lack of responsibility.

I've had Sprint for several years now and have never had an issue with customer service. Some of my family members who had Sprint complained about mis-billing and poor customer service but knowing them as I do I already know the problem wasn't Sprint, it was them. They don't pay the bill then say "They screwed me and turned off my phone for no reason" or they let their kids play with the phone and wonder why they have a $400 bill from downloads. I'm guessing a good number of the complaints

Sprint is always so lack luster man... Honestly this doesn't mean shit! Sprint is a big cluster fuck of a company... Handle your customer service issues you dumb fucks! Get the iPhone! Spending this time doing dumb shit like jumping on Googles back to provide a service that everybody already has by now if they wanted it. Too little too late...

@jaymeez so you are suggesting that Sprint should copy what other companies are doing instead of going a different path? When the Evo came out, no-one else had anything near as good, including the iPhone. I feel like you are just angry because of some personal feelings towards Sprint.

@samcjsteer You Sir are incorrect... Your saying Sprit isn't copying? Well google voice can be had on any Android or iPhone so what new are they coming out with? EVO is nice, but so what? Your acting like Sprint manufactured that phn; they just got the phone from HTC; whoo hoooo... Sprint has horrible customer service; google it if you think I'm talking out of my ass. Like I said Sprint is a lack luster company that needs a huge overhaul...
