There's a reason for that. This is originally a vocal remix of "U.N. Owen was Her" (the music that McRoll was set to) from Touhou. I think it was Silver Forest who made the original remix-cover, although I am not entirrely sure.

@watermelon668 Teto was made as an April Fools day Joke to trick people into believing she's the new Vocaloid Yamaha annouced, a hint for it was that her Number was CV04 which is IMPOSSIBLE since that would make no sense as the following Vocaloid to CV02 (Rin&Len).

at 00:01 April 2nd 2008 everything related to Teto was taken down from the web, and soon later she got adapted by the UTAU Software as the (i think) 3rd UTAUloid (following Momone Momo and Utane Uta (Defoko).
