Kobe is a great player who might be considered one of the most explosive players on any given night. There's no doubt. But one game really doesn't add up too that much which is why you have to look at a variety of things.

Kobe is a great player who might be considered one of the most explosive players on any given night. There's no doubt. But one game really doesn't add up too that much which is why you have to look at a variety of things.

Kobe is great player but his stats aren't all that incredible unless you look streaks or periods of time where excelled. And yes, he is clutch. But ill take Magic in his prime with 8 assists, 8 rebounds and 20 pts/game all day. Or Jordan with 31 ppg, 6 assists and 6 rebounds.

I'm a diehard Celtics fan, but no one can deny Kobe is a force of nature. The 2009-2010 Finals series was the most exciting basketball I can remember watching in forever. I believe Boston had a stronger team ethic, but if there was a single weak link in their game the Kobe led Lakers would dominate.
