i'll take my 82-70s over these 90s. The strong metal of the 70s > the plastic bins and pinwheel of the 90s.

I'd have to agree. If part of the bin assembly breaks, on a 90 you have to replace the whole plastic bin assembly, whereas a 70 you just have to replace the part that broke (though replacing a bin rail isn't fun).
