This is fantastic. It's rare to see a video that has an equal balance of nine AND ten, it's usually one or the other. It's a welcome difference. The song suits the Doctor brilliantly and the way you editted it is just amazing

Yay you finished! It's everything I was expecting it to be! Again, amazing job with the parallels. And again, my favorite thing about it: equal parts 9 and 10! I told you in the preview what parts I especially loved in the 1st half. In the 2nd half, it's 1:32-1:36 ("no options left again", with Rose and Donna; brilliant! not to mention how identical 9 and 10's expressions are when sending Rose away), 2:10-2:28 (perfect!) and 2:33-2:38 (<3!!!). I enjoyed this SO MUCH. Thank you for making it!

I really did want to make every clip have meaning with the lyrics. Like having Rose in the "clutching my cure" part, because Rose was his cure, and "no options left again" being where I show some of those moments where the Doctor *literally* has no more options but to lose someone he cares about. Then there's the "I'm the one at fault" part with all the people who have died because of him. And so on... :)

I would have loved to make it even more even, but Nine only had one season, and he expressed himself in a more withdrawn manner when he was upset, so there weren't many clips showing him in extreme emotional turmoil, except "Dalek", "Bad Wolf" and "Parting of the Ways", when the Daleks would show up and his old war wounds got picked at.

It was one major difference between Nine and Ten, certainly. Nine had so much armor on him (the leather jacket I think was a bit of symbolism towards that end), and kept everything close, while Ten was the Doctor without the armor, and thus feels *everything* so keenly. Everything is so vibrant, both good and bad. He's ecstatic in his joy, but when the suffering comes, he gets crushed under the weight of it. Poor dear.
