What I like about the Meet The videos is that it shows you how good you need to be in order to win on RED team. Spy needs to be able to throw his sappers across the room, Demoman needs to place twice as many stickies, Engy needs 4 sentries, and, of course, BLU team needs to blindly charge at you with no strategy.
