FORTY years of TV in 1996? TV has been in Britain since 1928 and in the US since 1948 (Canada in 1952). Surely the first TV stations in Australia went on the air in the late 50s?

what? she didn't pass away. She co-hosted an Australian version of Dirty Jobs on Channel 9 with Ben Dark. It aired from October 7 to late November 2007.
