ok 1 1m3g3r something or other if you go back to vault 101 on that mission you get over the radio choose to disable the generator instead of mess with overseer then later on youll get a random event of anata surounded bye 2 enclave soldiers and 1 officer theyll be some dialouge and theyll try to kill her just kill them before they shoot her simple as that but be carefull shoot before the enclave officer is red or enemy shell run from you though and 2 thunder your mean yeah he got a mod so what??

I think it depends on the outcome. I'm pretty sure she stays unless you flood the vault. (See the wiki for this possible outcome).

Butch will appear in Rivet City, in the Muddy Rudder, if you didn't know though.
