@synastergates5 The animus has an automatic translator that translates any spoken language into English. When playing Assassin's Creed 2, you notice that at times there will be some Italian spoken. Rebecca explains this at one point saying that it's a glitch in the translator.

theres a file in this game where it talks about water fluoridation, what that does is it actually numbs your Pineal Gland (your third eye) this is the gateway to the higher realms, to all that is, god allah or whatever you wanna call it. This is what i got from the Story.
Ancient, advanced "god" race created humans as slaves. Two slaves named Adam and Eve escaped and gave birth to free humans. And these humans fought back against the gods. But the war was interrupted by a catastrophic event. Most of the gods were wiped out. And humans eventually recovered. History was kinda forgotten, and was misinterpreted into stories like the bible. In 2012 the sun will cause another catastrophe, and desmond must stop it.

And these "free humans" can be offspring from mixture betwen the "gods" and the "humans" thus their resistance to pieces of eden and ability to control them this may hint that Desmond and his ancestors(not all assassins) can be descends from these mixture becuase they too can resiste to pieces of eden and have special abilities such eagle vision

Two humans (Adam and Eve) managed to steal The Piece of Eden and defeat "those who came before" with it.
The Assassins work to find all of those apples and destroy them to make peace. (Just like what Altair did.)
