  • ok i just have a question that i've always wondered, so if you only do these thigh excercises (no cardio) would that make your legs firmer but just bigger? like would ur thighs would be big in size bc of the fat but there wouldn't be any jiggle since u toned them w/these excercises? or what happens? thnxx

  • Hi, yes you would tone up your thighs, but not necessarily reduce their size. Toning them up make make them appear more shapely and firm which can make them look better, but real size reduction comes from losing excess fat which you would need to do with diet and cardio.

  • I remember this workout when I was in track. But we used weights and I dreaded this workout. The results are nice tho

  • Hi, yes you should, but you also want to do some cardio exercise because that helps to burn calories and fat. This helps slim the leg by toning and building muscle.

  • hey thanks for the tips =) .. so right now i have really skinny thighs so if i do that wall squat thing for 15 minutes like your son (if i can ahha) will it get my inner thighs and back thighs bigger??

  • Hi, they will get firmer, stronger and more defined. Having more developed leg muscles can make them a bit bigger and more shapely.

  • Hi, certain cardio exercise will also help, like bicycling and stairmaster. I have more leg exercise videos to help tone and shape legs, please take a look at them when you have time.

    What I needed help on is with loseing the fat from my upper thighs

    and to just tone in my legs to a better shape!but also not to realy gain any muscle to my legs cause I have enough as it is,but to just loose that extra unwanted fat!if you can reply that'de be nice,thank you sooo much!

  • Hi, when you have time, please check out my other leg exercises videos. I think you will find them helpful. Work your legs out with these exercises at least three times a week leaving one day in between for resting yuu muscles where you do not perform these exercises. I also suggest you do cardio exercise, like walking, jogging, etc. to burn calories. This will help you shed the excess fat and the leg exercises will help tone and shape your legs.

  • hi was wunderin if u cud help me im tryin to tone my legs but i want to slim them down but wen i exersise it just seems to bulk them up so shud i do a certain type of exersise or do i need to watch what i eat nd slim down first b4 i start to tone i dont no lol ?

  • Hi, these exercises will tone and firm your legs. If you also want to slim them down, you will need to do cardio exercise to burn excess fat. Things like running, cycling, aerobics classes, walking, etc. Your exercise program should consist of watching what you eat, cardio and toning.

  • Hi, I truly believe in every other day because you need that day of rest in between so your muscles can heal. That's how you build muscle and tone. Thanks for your comment :o)

    i remember after watching your this exercise..when we were kids and was doing some devilment or not learned our school lesson,so our teacher given us punishment like this...

    This punishment was very long for us some time 15 minutes and some times 20 min..i really feel pain whole day!!

  • Hi, this exercise will tone and build muscle in your legs and butt, but because it is aerobic and gets your heart pumping, it does burn calories and can help to slim you down as well. If you do not wish to lose any weight or inches just be sure not to cut your calories.

  • Hi, I think that's a very personal workup and better left to a personal trainer who you can work closely with.  They are professionals and can profile you and design a custom program for you to follow.   • Hi, I would suggest that you try to strengthen them slowly over time. Cycling is good for them as are using the leg extension/leg curl machine at a gym. Building up the muscles above your knees will help to protect them from injury.

    You seem to workout so systematically keeping in mind all body parts are put to work. Could you make a short video where you can cover all of your workouts (with a few reps each). Your abs, biceps and your overall body structure is soo perfect...I really wish you tell us everything about your workout routine..
