    I purchased your book and number of videos a few years back.. I would recommend both to any one that is interested in fitness, from recreational to elite athlete. By far the most sensible and rational training method you’ll find.

  • Each athlete will choose two pairs of adequate weight dumbbells with which she/he will be able to properly perform every exercise of the program. The coach dictates the rhythm, the intensity and the order of the exercises. Do not start with the full program from the beginning. First, every athlete must be able of performing six sets of Javorek’s Complex # 2 before start this program. Then, start gradually, doing just a certain part of it.   • thankyou so much. this helps cos i hate going to the gym. how come others dont know how to use dumbbells. squats and chest press how boring.
