Sure, it works in any eucaryotic cell from yeast to human cells. However, it was optimized for mammalian cells. Trenzyme has generated more than 500 stable cell lines based on the ExoIN strategy including HeLa (and other HPV positive cell lines), SH-SY5Y, PC12, N2a, H1299, RKO, 1321N1, A549, COS7, U2OS, etc.
