  • Huckabee is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and he fries and eats squirrels alive.

  • .

This clown is neither a real Christian nor a true Conservative.

    .

  • What a Christian douche!

  • Dude if you are actually from Texas I admire your courage in saying that, its way more tolerated in Canada so I do it all the time. XD

  • I am from Texas, I'm a Christian, but I'm sick of people running for office based on their Christian values. Plus, this guy claimed to have a "Theology" Degree early in the race and it was proven months later he didn't have one at all.

He is a Christian, lying DOUCHE! And I am from Texas.

At this point, I support Ron Paul or Barack Obama. AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, I DID VOTE FOR THE IDIOT BUSH!

This country is in need of a drastic change!

    WAKE UP AMERICA!

  • dum

  • The republican party has been a joke since the reagan era.

  • Thompson is raking in donations. Please add YOURS to it, today! FRED08(dot)com

Huckabee is dangerous and would destroy the Republican party as we've known it to be....he's been weighed, measured, tested and found wanting!

  • .

    Our next slick willie.

    .

  • He ran the ad on the news, right? lol

Mike Huckabee's "If I did it."

"If I was going to go negative, this is how I would have done it.

  • Fuckabee's got: "a voice-mail from god.." hahahahahahaha!!

    How stupid can you be????

  • aside from not being able to hear and throwing up from the camera movement, I've been on boats in the ocean that move less, this was a great piece.

  • Iowa caucus can mean very little

    Iowa caucus "LOSERS"

    1988 Bush SR

    1980 Reagan

    1992 Clinton

    1976 Carter

Yet all went on to win their party's nomination and the Presidency in those election years.

  • no way taxabee....

  • LAME FACTOR OF 10.

    LAME, LAME, LAME...

  • Listen, he didn't run the ad. He pulled it. Give him credit for that. The ad he ran instead contained his positive improvements in a state that really needed improvement. Bad roads. Bad infrastructure. He looked around, saw what needed done, and did it. We need a president that can do that. Mitt could, but the Dems will have him for lunch on the flip-flopping.

  • You're either lying or you're deaf, dumb and blind.

He did run the ad at this news conference on this video. The playback had problems.

His ploy was to air the ad for free on the news because he has so little in contributions - I read less than $1 million in the last 3 months. He cannot afford air time.

Desperate move by a deceptive man.

  • I was refering to the ad that he ran in place of this one on TV. Guess I didn't word that well? He ran 2 positive ads instead.

You are assuming that he had a ploy. I've talked to him twice at events, and once at the straw poll here in IA, and he is a genuine man. Watched him on Leno tonight, where he DID NOT cross a picket line, as Leno is a member of the writer's union, and has the ok to go back on the air.

  • I'm neither lying, dumb or blind.

I'm a well-educated, truthful, open-minded person. I come from a union household, and watched Carter kill the economy after I voted for him, and watched Reagan build it up to where my dad actually had work. That's what I like about Huckabee...he is actually a MODERATE, not a right-winger. He is a Republican with UNION support. He showed compassion in his decision-making in Arkansas. And he plays a mean bass guitar.

  • Actually, you are at least, unable to write a grammatically correct sentence, which questions your education. "Neither is always followed by "nor". "Either is followed by "or". I know we all make mistakes, it is just ironic that you start with an error, then follow with a posit that you are well-educated! Just funny stuff. Thank you.

  • Geez, you're technical. I do not take the time to re-read my fast posts for perfection. I've got other things to do. Like caucus.

I'm an officer of an insurance company, in Information Technology, to be more specific.

By the way, check your second comma. It's not needed. And check your use of quotation marks, as you are missing two. But you used the word "posit", so you must be educated.

We could argue this way for a millenia, but it would be fruitless.

  • This country needs a leader that can unite, not divide, like this line of thinking is doing. That's either Huckabee or McCain. Or Obama, but I do not like high taxes.

I do like no income taxes. So that I can spend my money as I like, and can decide whether to tax myself or not, I prefer a consumption tax. Huckabee calls this a "fair tax".

How would you like to take home all your pay?

  • It was simply the irony, I liked. It loses its "umph when you "throw it back! By the way, like my erstwhile governor stated, "summer was not a verb where he grew up. "Caucus is not a verb to me. But I get your point, and your rancor, and your importance! Now excuse me I have more important things to do..like antagonize republicans.

  • Oh, and the second comma, while not necesary per se, is important in context of the meaning ot the sentence. Probably from my Old English upbringing in the south, where we like commas, as they represent the part where we take a swig of beer.

  • I hope it's a fine ale, and God bless!

It's been fun. Now that the train has left Iowa, I'll return to the normal insanity.

Many commas to you! But, please, not while driving!

  • I am glad this ended on a good note.

    Peace.

  • The Writers Guild was picketing at NBC Burbank on Jan 2. Huck did the show. How did he get into the building?

I saw two pics of WGA picket signs on the internet with hand-written add-ons that read "What would Jesus do?" and "What the Huck?"

BTW - I'm not assuming - it was clearly a desperate ploy to get a negative ad run for free and let the news outlets do his dirty work for him.

If you can be fooled by so easily, you shouldn't be voting.

  • Oh, please, don't be sucked in by CNN.

He explained it well...if he showed up saying he pulled an ad, you'd be saying, "He didn't have an ad". Granted, he should have stuck to his guns, but his national campaign manager was pushing for the negative ad to be used, so he filmed it.

Well, here we are on caucus night, and Huckabee beat Romney without the ad. 35-25ish, with 86% reporting. So it doesn't matter.

  • This video is NOT CNN.

It is raw, unedited footage posted by a non-partisan group and Huckabee's disingenuous ploy is clearly evident.

  • I was referring to your apparent regurgitation of CNN fodder.

  • Huckabee has already prostituted the Cross. Why wouldn't he try to pull an ad that he never intended to air? He presented it at a news conference because he doesn't have the money to run it on TV properly.

    I'll say it again.....

    If we're Huck'd, we're FUCKED!!

  • have your cake and eat it too

  • Huckabee... what a joke. This guy can't be the President.

  • LOL

    He won't get my vote.

  • Why is that? I'm curious to hear views from all sides. Why is it that you won't vote for him?

  • There are a few candidates that I like better, and in my opinion are better qualified for the job.

  • Understandable. But also remembered that if anyone is more prepared for the job, it is Governor Huckabee, who has 10 1/2 years of executive experience and got results. No candidate on either side has that experience.

This is an honest question: how are other candidates better qualified?

  • Romney turned around Government, made the Olympics from a disgrace into the best ever, and saved businesses for 25 years. It's hard to top that...

  • SAving businesses business, while honarable, is not the same as running a country. He does not compare to Huckabee when it comes to executive experience.

  • There are many reasons why I won't vote for Huckabee. The fact that we have a really good candidate this term is the biggest reason. It is something to be excited about even. Also, I think Huckabee is a bad candidate. His record is bad. Also, he evokes religion to manipulate people emotionally. It seems harmless at times, but this is not something I like.

  • Leaving the state of Arkansas with an $850 million surplus, fixing one of the country's worst road systems, passing the first broad tax cut in the strongly democrat state's history, passing numerous pieces of pro-life legislation, a staunch supporter of 2nd amendment rights and on and on.

How in the world is that a bad record?

  • GOOGLE AP's story:

"Huckabee tries to gloss over Arkansas record"

  • Anybody care to name one time that Mitt Romney has personally attacked Mike Huckabee. All of these accusation and apparently no substance. Hickacrite is a deceiving, blatant, God using, hypocrite.

  • I answered you. Sorry I just wanted to make sure my facts were straight before posting and get a source.

I can easily call Mitt Romney a hypocrite, but I won't do that, since I don't have proof or am in a position to do so. I will call him a ambitious liar, since there is proof from where I'm standing that points to it.

  • More? Another Romney ad stated that Condelezza Rice called Huckabee's foreign policy experience was "ludicrous". The fact was that Condi quote was a response to Huckabee's criticisms of the Bush administration in the "Foreign Affairs" Journal article.

  • Who ya goin to believe?

    Romney, Huckster, Condi?

    It WAS ludicrous.

  • Please show some evidence why it is "ludicrous". People made the same complaints about Ronald Reagan when he ran and look at the tremendous job he did.

And that doesn't change the fact that Romney and his campaign took the quote out of context and spun it to their own advantage.

  • Gotta love the blatant hypocrisy though. Using a press conference announcing a new clean campaign---to air an attack ad! Go Huck!

  • He did it to prove to the reporters that there WAS an attack ad. If he didn't air it to them, we would be here saying that there was no ad and that it was a political ploy.

  • Why even say he had a negative ad at all? That seems the most logical thing to do if he is being sincere in his message.

  • Go Huck! The most beatable candidate a Democrat could wish for. He's the only one Hillary could beat.

    Obama 08' !

  • I just watched "Freedom to Fascism" on Youtube, and all I can say is, wow. If you're undecided about who to vote for, it'll definitely help you make the right choice.

    Go Huck!

  • huckforprez08 supporting a canditate that claims the world is 6 thousand years old and has anti-abortion on his election platform is supporting 'faith-tardedness' That kind of stupidity that supports a theiocracy also leads to fascism.

  • Well, you're Canadian, AuShawster, so I don't care what you think.

  • huckforprez08 You should care. I have a perspective of the U.S. that you are too close to see. This bible thumping, Republican cat fight is a hoot. The next president of the U.S. will be a Democrat.

  • This guy is a liar. Just look at some of the videos on youtube of him raising taxes like crazy in his state. The American people have woke up to the LIES that the cable news networks are spitting. WE ALL KNOW WHO IS OUR NEXT PRESIDENT. We are watching you media ... and you are now ON NOTICE. People who continue to dig their holes deeper will soon be in prison. Millions have been paying attention since the first debate and now KNOW THE GAME. RP08

  • You RP supporters live in a world of confirmation nias, only listening to what supports your candidate and will believe anything condemning another candidate without checking the context or truthfilness of the "evidence". You guys, sadly, don't "KNOW THE GAME".

  • Should be "confirmation bias" on that last post. Sorry.

  • "Huckabee Suggests Opponents Commit Suicide"

    See it on YouTube.

    Nearly 45,000 views

  • Vote for the champion of The Constitution. news(dot)aol(dot)com/elections

  • what a joke..."im not going negative but here's the ad I would do if I decided to..."

  • yes watch Freedom To Fascism on google...It's excellent and will reveal the correct choice for president.

  • I wonder how far he will play this "self righteous" card?

  • Yeah Huckabombiran dot not christian dot loon!

  • He doesn't air the video by airing the video, can you say lying asshole fundie.

  • America has one chance to restore the Republic, and that is to vote for and support RON PAUL!

  • Perhaps this is another example of Huckabee getting free air-time of his ads through the manipulation of media. The pundits will talk about it all over the news, yet he wont have to pay a penny to broadcast the ad on local TV networks. Similar to his Christmas message (the cross or no cross debate)that aired 1000's of times for free.Brilliant move on his campaigns part, especially since they are lacking in money ($5 Million raised in quarter compared to Ron Paul's whopping 19.5 million)

  • Huck has certainly proven himself to be a good deceiver.

  • Wow, we are so used to the lies from politicians that we think even the ones who are telling the truth are liars.

  • "If I Did It" by Mike Huckabee.

  • The Morris guy hasn't done knuckle dragging Huckelberry any favors has he! The reporters were actually laughing in his face and he looked extremely disquieted when faced with their laughter.

Is this man ready to be President of the United States? Obviously not. And it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure that out. (Some more laughter please).

  • Maybe, Ron Paul might have a chance though because the Democrats would be laughing so hard at that nut job that couldn't debate.

  • he works for CFR and not the people look it up

  • I love how the press cracks up. Classic.

  • The "Enough is enough" sign reminds me of " Mission accomplished"

  • It reminds me of "I did not have sex with that woman".

  • I shouldn't respond to comments on YouTube. It always puts them in funny places which messes up the context.

  • I just watched "Freedom to Fascism" on Youtube, and all I can say is, wow. If you're undecided about who to vote for, it'll definitely help you make the right choice.

    Go Huck!

  • Huckabee IS A JOKE!!!!

  • In this video, starting at about 6:38, Huck says that he had planned to run the negative ad but moments before this 12/31 news conference, he says suddenly decided not to.

    Don't think so.

And did that "Enough is enough" banner suddenly materialize?

  • There are websites that can design a banner in 1 day, then ship it next day. It's likely that there are banner designers in Iowa who could work even faster.

More than likely, the banner was designed about a month ago when Huckabee was planning this stunt. There's no way the banner could have been designed and then shipped from the time Huckabee had his "change of heart" a few hours before the conference.

  • Another earlier Huck ad contradicts his statement here. It was posted on YouTube 12/28 - 3 days earlier.

In the earlier ad, Huckabee uses the phrase "enough is enough" and implies he's stopping the negative ads. It was already his strategy.

Huck had already spent $30,000 making this ad and he was determined to get it out - hopefully for free.

    SEARCH YT:

    "Start now Huckabee Iowa ad"

  • He's been making a fool of himself for the past week. He is giving Romney a gift. Huckabee is not fit to be president. (Romney might not be, either, but he is a better politician.)

  • Vote Kucinich, Gravel or Ron Paul!

  • So he wanted to pull the ad but at the same time wanted to make sure all the news stations got a hold of it for everyone to see. Sounds like free advertising to me.

  • So Huckabee makes and airs a negative ad then shows the ad, then pulls the ad, then does a nearly 30 minute press conference praising himself on how good he is? Huckabee made it to his position because the mainstream media gave him a pass on his record for about a month. Now he claims that criticizing a candidate's record is "losing your soul" and "enough is enough"

wntoply6-your nothing but an anti-Christian bigot. Your just like that kid in Colorado who went and shot people in churches.

  • huck is so full of shit on everything he stands for. who would jesus bomb you piece of fucking shit? i hope you get assasinated.

  • That is such an awful thing to say.

  • fuck you pussy. grow a sack.

  • why don't you grow a brain, 007?

  • Hickabee - "Let's take this nation back for Christ"

Are you sure you could stomach this man for eight years?

    Vote Dem.

  • What a huckster! LOL

  • Does he want to add Reagan's commandment to the list of ten?

    What a joke?

If ever there was a definition of false prophet - here is your man.

  • False prophet, huh? That's cute. Any proof to back that up? Or is this just another foundless hit-and-run statement?

  • Any proof?

    Are you that fucking stupid?

    GOD GAVE THE COMMANDMENTS.

    HE PREACHES GOD'S WORD.

YET REAGEN CAN GIVE A COMMANDMENT TOO?

DOESNT THAT BELITTLE THE 10 GOD GAVE IF A MAN CAN GIVE ONE TOO?

YOU ARE TOO DUMB TO DRAW BREATH.

  • "Love thy neighbor", dogwagger.

Maybe you should read a little more of the Bible. And grow up, Reagan was simply trying to make a statement. If that's your "proof" then you might as well pack up your things and post elsewhere.

  • Look bitch, I dont need some jarhead, dumbed down, war mongering Americunt telling me to love my neighbor.

    America FUCKS it's neighbors.

    Lead by example you war-whore!

  • Republican candidate Duncan Hunter is a military veteran who got the double border fence built in San Diego which curtailed illegal entry and drug trafficking by 90%.

Hunter is a man of integrity - unlike this guy.

    Search YouTube:

    Duncan Hunter Border Fence

Hunter also wants to renegotiate unfair free trade agreements with China and others.

  • I agree that Hunter is a man of integrity, but so is Huckabee. He has shown nothing but integrity in the face of false accusations from Romney. He stood firm and decided not to go negative on Romney.

How would Hunter act under such vicious attacks? Unfortunately, we may never know.

  • So it is a vicious attack to point out Huckabees stand on immigration and taxes? Just exactly what was vicious, negative, or inaccurate? Seems to me the Romney ads were about choice: If you like Hickabees stand then vote for him. If you like mine, vote for me.

  • It's a vicious attack when you lie about another man's positions, which is what Romney has done. You wanna compare? Fine. But do it honestly.

  • If posting Huckabees' voting record is viewed as being negative information, maybe the Huckster shouldn't have voted that way. If he is proud of his voting record on immigration and taxes, then the ads are anything but negative. Just comparisons, so people can know where each candidate stands.

  • Like I said, they are FALSE comparisons. The fact is, Romney has been lying about his record, thus, making his ads attack ads and not comparison ads. That's the problem.

  • shark, instead of just complaining that they are false comparisons, make your case. So far you have said nothing to justify your attack ad claim. So do it. Show the world on You Tube what was a false comparison in the ad. Please.

  • Certainly. In one ad where Romney's ad stated he got "tough on meth abusers" he neglected to say that the punishment for meth users was twice as long, 5-10 years in prison on average, in Arkansas compared to around two years for those in Romney's state of Mass.

He seems to think it's OK to pick and choose thw facts the people of Iowa should hear. Ill give more examples in a minute.

  • Here's Newsweek on another Romney ad against McCain:

It claims McCain "voted to allow illegals to collect Social Security." That's untrue. Nobody who is in the country illegally could be paid any Social Security benefits under McCain's immigration bill.

  • Newsweek continued:

The ad says Romney "cut taxes" in Massachusetts. While he did cut some taxes -- for example, enacting business tax credits -- tax rates remained unchanged. Plus, Romney raised state revenues by hundreds of millions of dollars per year by increasing fees and closing corporate tax loopholes.

  • Not only did he lie about McCain and Huckabee's records, he lied about his own record, inflating it to make it look better than it actually was.

  • hosers, these accusations do have substance. Huckabee and McCain aren't "whining", they are pointing out the facts. Perhaps Romney should focus on his own record instead of simply attacking others with recklessness.

  • Wow we have a bunch of bigots and ignorant people in here. Before making fun of or attacking Christians, why don't some of you take a good look in the mirror? If anybody's a hypocrite, it's you guys.

Huckabee is a man of honor whether you'd like to admit it or not.

  • indeed, he honors his word to raise taxes, let rapists out of jail, and take excess gifts from taxpayers..

  • lol way to buy into the lies without looking into them. why don't listen to BOTH sides before coming to wrong conclusions?

  • sorry js, but if you check history, "so called" christians (particularly in the south) have done more daming of others not like them during the history of america, and more recently on TV than any group of people since hitler.

the birth of youtube has given americans the voice & courage to expose these people for what they are & damn them as they should be.

  • That's a broad and innacurate generalization and you know it. Sure there are some bad apples out there, all groups have them. You coan say that about ANY group of individuals. Christians, Atheists, Muslims, Jews. And yes, youtube has given Americans and people all over the world a voice. But maybe we should use that voice to discuss intelligently instead of bash others with reckless abandon.

  • the bad apples are the loudest and most powerful.

they also send directives to all "so called" christian churches on who to vote for in local/general elections.

I say "so called" southern christian churches are as bad as hitler. i stand by it, and i mean it.

they have their demented way of living, & are hell bent on imposing it on america.

just look at john hagee from san antonio he has power and talks to bush!

  • How can you compare these churches to a man who slaughtered six million jews? That is not a reasonable or logical comparison by ANY means.

And may I ask, what is so bad about John Hagee? He is passionate and indeed an influential figure, who has advocated strongly for the protection of the State of Israel.

I am curious to hear your reasoning.

  • it's very easy, don't you think if the feds hadn't stepped in during the 60's slavery, discrimination & hate would still be pervasive in the south"

where were their preachers then? most of em were out marching in disguise against equality of blacks.

give me a break the legacy & history of the south & their treatment of fellow man is disgusting & a disgrace to freedom. all this was sanctioned by bigoted preachers!

  • Good point. I agree with you. These are the equivalent of Muslim extremists who twist words around to fit their messed up view of the world.

But you seem to be generalizing this with ALL Christians. You may not intend it, but this view may be affecting you view of Mr. Huckabee, who you referred to multiple times in a vulgar way here.

  • i'll say it 1 more time for your benefit js, cause being an idiot "so called" christian nothing sinks in that thick head of yours:

ALL is very different from "SO CALLED". "so called" christians aren't christian. "so called" christians primarily live in the south, are bigoted, ignorant, haters who, like you get all their information & daily instructions from 5th rate trade school preachers!

did that sink in yet js?

  • how can i compare them to hitler. if a black man so much as looked at a white woman, he was abducted and strung up by the next morning.

that's just 1 tiny example of the horrors southern "so called" christians.

if the feds didn't step in this type of "so called" christianity would still be going on with the blessing of ignorant, bigoted preachers.

it still festers and is alive in the south (jena 6)!

  • The Bible never justified the discrimination or treatment of minorities by these heretics. No point calling them Christians because this never reflected what Jesus Christ taught.

  • btw js, i say it about "SO CALLED" christians.

i did not say it about christians. "so called" christians, the bad apples, are the loudest & have the most power...you know, dobson, falwell(fire's licking at his dirty balls right now), robertson, swaggard, bakker, dollar, parsley, hagee, hinn, everyone's favorite haggard, and thousands more!

  • So your stating just about every Christian with a show on TV is a bad apple? It's not my place to judge them. You can be right, but that's between them and God. I would love to hear your reasoning and proof for your accusations on some, like Dobson, who I have respect for.

  • now isn't that calling the kettle black js.

the history of hate, bigotry, lies & ignorance in your "so called" southern christian church is rivaled only by hitler and stalin.

read the "god damned" history of the south, the kkk legacy, the blind eye of your churches during slavery, your hate & murder en mass of blacks, your discrimination, & continued hate for blacks, jews, gays, anyone not like you, and now mormons.

u continue to fool only yourself with the legacy u have.

  • I'll listen when you start to show some respect.

  • respect? respect for your bigotry, hate and lies.

you as a southern "so called" christian deserve and will get NO respect from me.

you & your people are a fucking joke (you're not real americans). as far as i am concered you can burn in your hell right now.

you ignorant, loathing, asshole "so called" christian.

  • "Thou shalt not use the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who uses His name in vain."

  • Everyone in the room laughed at him. This was an unbelievably bad move on his part.

What a doofus! Crass and slimy politics at its worst, "I'll show all the press the ad I decided not to run!"

Good God! Leave it to a Baptist preacher to achieve a new low!

  • fuckabee's wife is no fashion plate. at least laura has some ability. this one looks like a clown.

  • Hucka-holier-than-thou is incredible! Here's a guy who takes hundreds of gifts, actually invites influence peddlers to his 'bridal registry' to give hundreds more, fires his police chief for investigating his son hanging, stoning, and slitting the throat of a stray dog... and he's claiming to be lily white. "Mitt's ads are all factual, but I can't answer them, so let me pretend I'm too pure to do so. Press - please do the dirty work for me". This guy's toast in a general election.

  • The reporters were laughing at him, not with him. Decision made ten minutes ago, but the poster behind him was produced when? Nine minutes ago? Did you think he looked very presidential, standing there waiting for the sound to work? Poor smuck.

  • On YouTube SEARCH line above, type:

    huckabee won't run negative ad

  • Huckabee and Romney are both scumbags.

    Vote Ron Paul!

  • Now now...we have to be politically correct...Huckabee and Romney are your "typical politicians" who have very much trouble being honest with the People:)

  • Ever heard of a tripod? Man what terrible camera work!

  • hahahaha Huckabee is DONE. One blunder after another, it's pretty safe to say this guy is NOT presidential material.

  • Give Iowa some credit everybody, the whole state and I just scratch our heads and say, "What the Huck?"

You know, when this story came out I was tempted to say something really nasty about Gov. Huckabee, but then I decided not to.

I was going to say that HuckaBUST is an intellectually lightweight, transparently insidious, hypocritical sleazeball.

    But I wont.

  • i'm right there with you bdh46. i'm against him on so many levels, mostly because of religious issues. i don't want another "so called" christian in the whitehouse with mandatory prayer meetings, looking into another leader's eyes, and then going to war, killing many, all for his god. fuck "Fuckabee"

  • The ploy failed.

And this nonsense comes just one day after Huckabee said on MEET THE PRESS 12-30-2007

"If you aren't being honest in obtaining the job, can we trust you to be honest if you get the job?"

  • "Enough Is Enough" sign.

    LOL. What a moron.

  • this guy is full of shit.

  • Huck,

Take your floating cross, your attack ads & those questionable morals -- and get the FLOCK outta here! Anybody dumb enough to vote for that clown deserves the tyranny he'll represent. If the devil comes calling...he'll be draped in the flag & carrying a cross! NO THANKYOU!!! NOT IN MY AMERICA!!! NOT IF WE CAN HELP IT!!!

  • HUCK the SCHMUCK...wrong for America! The Mormon & The Mobster look like saints compared to this flip-flopping fool.

  • the sad thing is fuckabee thought by applealing to "so called" christians, he would be nominated.

what this ignoramous didn't count on was the fact most americans don't want lying christian bigoted crap in the whitehouse.

  • This guy is so full of it...dishonest, hypocritical, condescending...wake up Iowa. He is Clinton and Carter all rolled into a horrible social con...ick

  • The one where the reporters are laughing at him is priceles...LOLOLOL

  • He won't air negative ads because someone else will do it for him for free. Why spend the money when some media troll will throw it up on Youtube?

  • Lookslike they've run out of candidates in their attempt to defeat Ron Paul.

Ron Paul will win by landslide in '08!

Americans have had enough of these incompetent losers.

  • I can't wait to see the results form the caucuses. I'd be surprised if RP gets into the top three in any of the races. We'll see if you're a true prophet or not soon enough.

  • Same here. I don't really know who's gonna win, but the math says Ron Paul. Reearch on how Pat Buchanan won an upset victory in NH in 1996. Pat Buchanan is no Ron Paul. Ron Paul is flying strong under the radar in every state. They know this, that's why they're trying to find a candidate who can challenge Paul. Nothing's working. They picked the wrong bunch of guys in the first place. Giuliani was to be the one, but they should've known he's a mobster.

  • This will backfire, it is too transparent, even for dumb farmers.

  • Ohhh Huck! Sooooo saintly and righteous! What Really Matters, Merry Christmas to you too!

    WAKE UP PEOPLE!

  • The Huckster is a joke. I'm no big Romney fan, but Romney printed the truth about Amnesty McCain and his side puppet Huckabee. Huckabee is little McVain RINO. Got Hunter and Fred!

  • this is nothing more than circus politics! huck get off the stage, ya phony!

  • Tough call by Huckabee. This probably hurt him but he made the right decision.

Romney's campaign is incredibly dishonest and Huckabee's ad was accurate. To win, he should have aired it. But he descided not to, it might cost him Iowa and the election. But he would be no different than his opponents on this if he did not pull it.

He has a record that I am voting for. Great man of principle.

  • All of Romney's ads are quite tasteful for a political campaign. Romney was comparing and contrasting on ISSUES. All of his points in the ads are backed up by credible news sources (stated directly on the ads themselves). If you like Huckabee's position as reported in the news, vote for Huckabee. If you like Romney's, vote Romney. That's all.

  • None of Romney's ads were personal in nature. Huckabee is the one directly calling Romney a liar, a disgrace, and making the deeply personal "Christian" aspect an issue. Romney has specifically avoided the religion issue for good reason: It's unconstitutional to make religion the issue (article VI) in a campaign. Iowans are smart and will not vote for Huckabee. Even if you don't vote for Romney, just vote against Huckabee.

  • Not that religion has anything to do with qualifications for President of the United States, but you would think that Huckabee (you know, . . .The former Baptist Preacher), being all righteous and above all the negativity, would at least let us know what his real qualification are to run the country, balance the budget, end the war, lower taxes, etc.

Hey, lets just all go vote for him because, you know, he is a former Baptist Preacher (Christian and all), just like us!

  • fuckabee, hosers, has no qualifications, but he will surely have to open lots of new prisons for regular law abiding citizens who will be jailed for his christian laws against abortions and his christian desire to quarrantine all hiv/aids patients.

    but hey they deserve prison!

it'll start to get dicy when he sends those who don't abide by his religious standards to jail to find god.

  • HDE---Howard Dean Effect

watch him drop like a sack of rocks!

    RON PAUL 2008!

  • hahaha What a joke!!

This is what happens to all politicians that don't talk about the real issues.

    All Fakes!!

    RON PAUL 2008!!!

  • What an absolute JOKE!!!! I'm gonna be positive yet he shows the ad to the press. HYPOCRITE!!!!! Sounds like the schmuck is out of money!!!BACKFIRE!!!! down with huck!!! And what is up with kissing McCains rear. VP????

  • Sounds like he's begging for the VP position for McCain. If McCain selects him for VP so he can cover his religious right bases then i will lose ALL RESPECT for that man.

  • which man, mccain for licking the boots of "so called" southern christians, or fuckabee for accepting the 2nd position

  • does he have money to air an ad?

  • No, that's the beauty of what he's doing....claiming he's not going negative but having the newsies hopefully run his attack ads on the news FREE....it's brilliant...and of course hypocritical...the question is whether the average American has a high enough IQ to discern the truth.

  • No, this is brilliant but will hurt him.

He made a tough choice that might cost him the election.
