  • "we're pretty biased cuz we're asian" bahahaha

  • its a remake of a korean film 'a tale of two sisters' which is adapted from a old korean tale...the korean version is far more superior. the american version is just bull shit

  • ASIANS ! WOOHOO !

  • ofcoarse tale of two sisters way betterrrrrr.... asian movie rock!!!!!!!! asian are so good making awesome movie with little budget..... not like hollywood they need to make huge budget to make awesome movieeee

  • the ONLY "uninvited" movie to watch is from 1941 ghost movie called "the uninvited" with ray milland.

  • HATED it... nothing like the original... the twistS in the first one were WAYYYYY better... Tale of Two sisters is on YouTube.. you should watch it instead..

  • I think it's the remake of The Tale Of The Sister but this is good......

  • Asian horror films is soooo fucking much more scary than american horrors

  • @Bartiez96 True. Thats why Hollywierd make shitty rippoffs of them.

  • I can see her nipples through her shirt

  • If you haven't seen the original Korean version, 'A Tale of Two Sisters,' GO WATCH IT. It is freaking AMAZING.

  • emilys cute any links to her bra scene on line?

  • i-i-i-i-i- St-uder!

  • i guess it was ok but i was too busy lusting after arielle kebbel to say for sure

  • I wanted to see this in the theatre SO badly. I rented it from a Blockbuster the other day and was all "OH MY GOD." It was amazing.

  • where are the two girl? wtf

  • I liked it. I figured it out before the end, but I like it.

  • The reason the step mother was trying to "attack" her with a syringe is because everyone was starting to realize that something was wrong with her even before the audience really realized it. We were in Anna's point of view, so we were convinced everyone was just NOT listening to her, but everyone else in the movie was already starting to wonder about her after certain things she would bring up (like her sister). The step mother must have realized she was dangerous and tried to sedate her.

  • "but it doesnt compare to the original, a tale of two sisters" well said.

For a remake it was pretty good though.

  • @DeadStamAlive Well Said

  • it sucked until the very ending, so overall I didn't like it.

  • honestly i thought it was a great movie

  • Awesome remake, does his own thing and is in no way inferior to the original.

  • i am guy

  • Comment removed

  • people r sayin tat tis movie is just a remake of the korean movie "a tales of two sisters" its such a good (and confusin) movie. but i luv the korean one alot better. its really good, and for people tat hadnt had a chance to see the ko. one. u should see it. imao highly a 5/5

  • this movie is a remake of a tale of two sisters. and the original is ALWAYS better when it comes to asian horror. has remade the eye, one missed call, shutter, the grudge and the ring. and all the asian ones are way better

  • The movie made perfect sense to me! At first, it was tricking us, into thinking that the step-mum was evil and that she was against Anna. However, at the end, you see that the audience are seeing it from the mind of a mentally disturbed girl, and you realise that the Rachel wasn't actually attacking her, but trying to help her. It was like that so we could understand what Anna saw, and it made us sympathetic towards her. That made the twist at the end all the more of a shoco. 5/5, from me! =)

  • @xCorriexFanxNatx

That is like the twist in Shutter Island

  • the purpose of the 3 kids was because that crazy ass lady in the asylum told her some crazy stories and the story of those 3 kids that were killed.

  • i loved this movie its sorta sad i liked the whole story and how it made sense at the end i just watched it again

  • if you dont think this movie made no sence you were just to STUPID to get it

  • LOVE this movie, i could watch it over and over again. Luv Emily Browning too!

  • tat movie confushed me alot lol

  • well the movie isn't scary at all... i wuz expecting a lil moar horror xD

i like it a bit tho, i watched it mostly cuz it amazes meh how much i look like Emily Browning 0.0 it's scary...

  • I just saw this movie an hour ago. The only thing good about it was Emily Browning being FOINE! Everything else sucked monkey tits pretty much. IIRC, the movie made absolutely no sense.

  • i just saw this movie the other day, and i actually thought it was really good. great actors, and even though the twist is corny if you are telling it to somebody, they did a great job of showing it in the movie. of course, i'm not a hardcore horror fan, but i still thought the movie was great.

  • r u kidding?!?!? yhis movie sucked....

i loved the begining and middle, but everything after that twist..... it just screwed everything up!!!!! I mean WTF was up with the 3 spirit kids? What purpose did they really have in the movie.... oh well... i just think they screwed up a good movie....

  • @predator5684 I agree this movie was HORRIBLE I'm glad I didn't pay to see it I would've been pissed, in fact I am pissed for wasting my time in watching it.

  • @predator5684 :

the 3 kids were the ones that led anna to believe that rachael was mildred kemp. in the funeral scene, they led her to their graves and then she started to "figure it out".

i personally love this movie. the plot twist and the end was really sad (to me at least). i actually found the whole idea of an insane person killing ppl and not know that she was is sorta disturbing...

  • @lookformeontv i agree a hundred percent :) this movie was great saw it 2 times :) or three...

  • This is my favourite movie ever...and Emily Browning is gorgeous.

  • Yeah I'm tired of these asian horror remakes! How many movies have US done already? Let's go down the list: Grudge, Ring, Pulse, Eye, Shutter, Dark Water, One Miss Call and now Tale of 2 Sisters. Did I miss any other Asian horror remakes? They always mess these films up too, that's the sad part.

  • I love the irony in asking Asian people what they thought of an American remake of a vastly superior Asian horror film.

  • the only only thing i didnt get was if those pearls were actually hte psycho patients how did the step mother get it when she said an old client gave it to her

  • umm prolly because when she overheard her talking to herself and realized shes dangerous so she thought ti necessary to sedate her and assess the situation afterward

  • ... Oh sigh, another great Asian horror movie that got raped by the american movie makers...

Why do they have to remake everything? It's not like they do it better ._.

  • I strongly agree with you.

When you first watch it your like oh wow that was weird and coolish then.. around 10 minutes later your like.. hang on wtf?

  • what i found odd was... why the fuck was the husbands new woman trying to attack her with a syringe?!~

  • this was an really awesome movie but this cant beat the tales of two sisters still loved it

  • kjçoahbvlasncil

  • awesome movie

  • That's what I figured was going on. I had discussed this movie with my ex and she didn't see it like I did, so I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one that thought that they were pushing us way to hard to believe Racheal was the killer.

  • What I didn't like is when you go back and watch the movie Racheal seems to be acting way over the top creepy in most parts. . .If she was just a normal person and it was in Anna's head the whole time why is Racheal acting like a pshyco.

  • she isnt anna thinks she is

  • i love that movie but it isn't scary

  • Another forgettable remake.

When would Hollywood learn to stop making these monsters...

I like the originally western horror movies (The Excorcist, Amytiville Horror etc.) as they are...not much love for these western Asian movie remakes.

  • i heard the prestige had a really good twist

  • this remake OWNS i love emily

  • like they said the original IS BETTER

  • The remake pales in comparison to the original...the only horror movie where I enjoyed the american remake more than the original was The Ring...but that's just me.

  • yeah pretty much. although for me emily browning was a redeeming factor in the remake. cause ima nerd like that. lol

  • the whole point was that Anna was crazy. Alex died in the fire same time as the mom died. So, Anna is already crazy and she gets this idea where she thinks that Rachel killed her mom. Alex was just a figure of Anna's imagination. Hope this helps. :]

  • I liked this movie a little bit too much. You end up with this WTF feeling... It's awesome!

  • I totally Agree. I was like WTF at the end haha. This movie made me feel bad for people who actually have Schizophrenia.

  • *SPOILER* To ninjausa: Anna kind of killed everyone (Real mom, Alex and step-mom) Alex was actually dead and Anna was just imagining her. Rachel was lying dead in the dumpster because Anna actually killed her instead of Alex. You remember how in the beginning, that lady said "Who am I going to tell my stories to?" and had the pearls at the end, she was the Wright's killer. Get it now?

  • Then Why Was The Step Mother Tryed To Attack Her?

  • i hate this remake.

  • those people probly didnt see the original... sucks for them

  • Did these people get paid to say it's good or something?

  • best movie of my life!....

  • its because anna is psychotic and yes she accidentally killed her mother and sister wen she saw her dad cheating on the dying mother. and anna imagines that her sister is still there to help her think i guess and the reason she thought that rachel was mildred kemp is because she spent a lot of time with her in the phsycho place. and the kids were the kids that mildred kemp killed cause she thought rachael is mildred kemp so she basically imagined all of that ghost shit. its very complicated

  • I actually disliked the movie with a passion.

  • vote for the uninvited at the teen choice awards 2009!!

  • need sex

  • Wow i dont no why but i cry in the end because is the Best movie i ever see UNINVITED AND MIRRORS THE BEST OF THE BEST 10!!!!!!

  • And both remakes of actually good movies.

  • it wasnt that scary but i still loved it

  • its more like a psychological thriller than horror

  • @toloveliveandlaugh ...according to current standards this type of movie is catalogized as psychological horror, a subgenre of horror fiction.

  • why do people hate the end? i loved it cuz it was surprising, how fun is it so see a movie if u know whats gonna happen?

  • The best movie i have ever seen, such a good twist ending

    Love it!!!

  • the best horror iv seen since the ring.

  • I loved the twist at the end. I didn't see it coming at all.

  • This movie was pretty good. Ok it was amazing! I LOVE THIS MOVIE! it is my fav. movie! and the twist on the end was so good and made it so much better!

  • Hot chicks don't make a good movie. If that's all you're worried about you should be watching porn =\

  • this movie is horibble they did not capture the fell ofthe original at al!!!

i adore ATsle Of Two sisters, and this just is no good!!! american film makers have no idea how to make a good horror movie anymore

  • thats my movie! it was so fucking good!!!!! the acting was really good! and emily browning! is perfect! both hot and very beautiful!

  • ya she is, and at some parts I kinda saw her nipple from her bra

  • Hahahahahha i havent seen this movie yet but i really wan to know what the weird twist is someone plzzzzz tell me!

  • it was amazing! I was jumpy a lot during it, but the ending was completely unpredictable. I was 100% wrong about what happend. (:

  • Hollllllllyyyyyy fuuuuck this movie's ending was as epic as Angels & deamons!Wasnt scary but ttly unpredictable!FUCKING LOVE THE PART WHEN ANNA SAYD "I finished what i started" Lol badass in soo many ways!Go to the movies get popcorn and enjoy this awsome movie! Its fking worth it!

  • If i had to rate this movie i have to give it a 10! I loved it so much, Emily Browning shocked me at how good at acting she is. I recommend it to any one who is a horror junkie

  • it was the scariest movie i have ever seen

  • I suspected pretty much everyone besides the actual person that did it. ;]

  • i thought it was the sister! but thats what made the ending so much better!

  • This movie was beyond awesome. I have to admit, it made me jump a few times, but the ending sent chills down my back.

  • Your such a brainwashed american.

This movie was truly amazing and pure art.

  • This movie was not as scary as it was suspenseful (I don't know if I spelled that right) and creepy. My friends and I thought it was an amazing movie!!! Love it!

  • The UNINVITED IS SO AMAZING!!!!!

And i am a critic when it comes to horror movies....but the Uninvited was Genius!

  • it is so scar.... just like the ring and the grudge

  • this movie was fuckin amazing! it wasnt scary tho. then again i dont get scared by movies. i dont think any1 does anymore. that was yrs ago when ppl werent used to this shit nd they got fuckin freaked out by the exorcist nd shit. but i think our generation has pretty much seen it all. it can be suspenseful, and i can get really into it and be thinkin in my head like, "cummon dont do this" or "turn around dumbass", but i dont get scared. great movie nonetheless. Arielle Kebbel is fuckin gorgeous!

  • it was scary

  • hahah " but no it was good"

"oh but it was really good"

lol only thing that guy knows

  • good, not scary

  • ya its not scary more like frekey in that kind of way

  • This movie is the 2nd out the 3 most succesfully remade Asian horror films. It was beautiful, moving, terrifying, & with the same amazing twist!

  • I do agree!

  • this VERSION of the movie wasnt bad better then alot of other remakes. But if you wanna see the original movie, the tale of two sisters is alot better. Its sad that over half the movies that come out today are all remakes and all the originals are better...*shakes head in dissapointment*

  • the girl is crazy it turns out inthe end . this was not scary at all you scardy cats!!! but it waas the best movie i have seen in a long time

  • its like the 6th sense.

  • WHAT THE BIG TWISTED ?

  • it turns out in the end that her sister is actually a mirage and never exsisted. it is all her imagination in the end, and mildred kemp is her roomate (who in the begining of the movie she told her stories to) in the asylum. so when she mistakes racheals identity for mildred, it is because she remembers the pearls that racheal and mildred have both together and she confuses herself. the ending made me watch the movie twice.

  • wow that sound confusing

    - does anyone know is out in england yet ?

    lol

what too watch it so can understand it

  • LOL I KNOW ME 2! But did you like the tale of two sisters the original asian version?

  • one of the best thriller/horror movies ive ever seen, ending fitted in perfect

  • i love this movie

  • thanks for giving away the ending. you know for all uf us horror movie fanatics/emily browning fans who haven't got to see it yet.

  • i loved it it was one of those movies that made me scared but the ending was soooo unexpected

  • This movie wasn't scary at all:]

    But It was awesome

The ending was a little confusing,

No one ever expected it xD

  • this movie was really good

  • i thaught it was a pretty good movie the end was kinda like the 6th sence kinda like m.night shymalian over all it was good

  • im so confused about this movie....did the step mom kill their mom?? and how is it that if the sister was dead all along that the stepmom and the dad act like she is there the whole time and even talk to her??

  • They never talk to her, she imagines it all if you watch it back. Anna kills the mom, sister and step mom.

  • this movie scared me lol the only movies that have really scared me are benith still waters and the uninvited ( sorry for bad spellings)

  • A Tale of Two Sisters will always be my favorite XD

  • not quite a great ending....

i think they both should of gone to the instutute and i the second they should excape and go back and there is more to what happened like the dad was behind it 2 or something and the step mother really did kill the mom and they get more vishions or warnings from the dead mom

  • that would be just like Hamlet then.

plus the mom didnt really give her visions and warnings, she was just crazy

  • i really dont think u know what ur talking about lol ..the girl was crazy...she imagined it all...no ghosts or nothing...she was insane..hence the insane asiylum

  • the asian movie is way better!! see the asian version!!

  • this version has holes

  • loved the ending

  • i cried! :P

  • Brilliant film :) Fantastic Ending.

  • I thought this movie was okay, though very contradicting at the end.

  • Where can I have a look at the whole video?

  • im not asian... but the original asian ones are ALWAYS better!

  • What movie were they watching? I love Elizabeth Banks, which I why I went to see the movie, but even she couldn't save it. And they must be really dim bulbs if they didn't see the twist coming.

  • lol thats fucked up

this is a remake of an asian movie and their all asian

  • lmao xD

  • how was it gas that leaked wen she filled up water from that tank

  • it wasnt water, it was gas

  • it was petrol from the boat shed

  • This movie should be locked in an iron box and never viewed again. It is nothing but a lazy film company's way to make a couple of million without actually having to make screewriters work that hard. Bollox acting, bollox script (that is pointless and flows like a broken bottle on a carpet), and bollox everything. A very poor show for films in general! BTW, the ending is not shocking and it is not original, it views like a goddamn copout, might as well be on an indian burial ground.

  • realy cos u seem like someone who likes to bitch and be controversial

  • the person who killed the movie is the girl u see at that theorapy centre at the start of the movie were she says "who will i tell my stories to" and at the she says "welcome home" and u can see the necklace in her hands. She closes the door and on it, it says Meldrid Kemp

  • i watched it last night it was so exciting but at the twist part and the ending it SUCKED

  • i loved the movie

  • Meldrid Kemp killed the little girl and her 2 brothers/

  • the ending was great

it's so unpredictable. me and my bf were like what the fuck? hahha.

    anyways

the trailer pretty much showed all the scary parts.

there's really nothing scary in the movie, at all. and i get scared REALLLLLY easily.

  • I got a little confused at the end... who killed the children? the girl who looked creepy and crazy at the beginning and the end of the movie? or Anna? If Rachel didn't kill the children then how come she got the chain?

  • Anna basically imagined the whole thing with Racheal killing everyone.

she "accidently" killed her mom & sister cause she left the gas leaking and Alex knocked the candle over so it exploded. she let go of that guys hands and he fell and broke his back. and racheal cause she thought she was gonna kill them.she was "mental" i guess you could say. and i do believe that creepy girl in the beginning killed those children.

  • So just had the necklace because she must have bought it from some where because they want you to think that Rachel was the bad person

  • The movie was awsoeme!!! Emily Browning is GORGEOUS!

  • the end was messed up

  • this so good!

  • 123456789

  • lol i liked the movie, though if it wasn't for that twist, i would probably have nightmares

  • WHAT HAPPENED AT THE END

  • go watch it!

    its so good!

  • the end was so predictable

  • me and my bffs went 2 c it and we LUVED it even tho me and my 1 friend hid behind r purses for some of it lol

  • crazy shit man but i have seen better

  • what happened in the end that was so shocking

  • what happend in da end?

  • i don´t know what most of you are talking about that movie was so so good i loved it mostly the big twist i did not see that coming I LOVED IT

  • can someone tell me what happened at the end of the movie because i never got to see the movie
