  • ok wel come bwana ocampo to pick those fat fish to the hageu. sina mengi.

  • I think I disagree. Raila Oduinga will most likely win the 2012 Presidential elections. Hands down. He has been the clear leader of government business in an extraordinarily difficult situation, with an enormous parliament. We should unite as a country to support Raila, who has performed well up to this point.

  • Then we should advise Ocampo to change his strategy. I am a staunch supporter of Raila, by the way. Raila should continue visiting the Rift Valley. Here lies his key to the presidency. I was a bit suspicious to see Gideon Moi in Eldoret today. This is Rutos backyard!!!

  • Ocampo is under no obligation to try those highly responsible for the post election violence before 2012. Firstly because crimes against humanity do not come under the statute of limitation. Secondly because Mwai Kibaki and Raila Odinga and their very close allies are most likely on the Waki list. Ocampo could therefore buy as much time as possible hoping to take Kibaki to the Hague as soon as his presidency expires, and of course Raila, because he is most likely not to win the 2012 presidency.

  • I foresee a scenerio where only small rats those that actually torched and killed their neighbors in 2008 facing jail time. They'll be sacrificed at the altar of hoodwinking the public. For the top guys nuthin worries 'em for Justice is always on the side of the rich.
