Nice ending montage. Unfortunately being pushed from a high place, and being killed by your jealous best friend were two of the show's biggest cliches.

@toddsmitts I think that was the show's downfall, they were almost all heat of the moment accidents, particularly in season seven, so it became pretty predictable, though some were cold blooded acts like in Chinatown.

There simply weren't as many compelling cases in season 7, though they did give us some interesting personal stories, like Lilly's feud with Moe, the case with Scotty's mom, Vera's downfall, working with the FBI, Lilly meeting her extended family, and the return of Christina.

@toddsmitts I agree, like I said, they were almost always heat of the moment murders in season 7, and many times involved jealousy. Almost like they ran out of stories. I guess it's hard to come up with compelling motives, though all the time when it comes to unsolved murders.

@ChristineTheHippie Some of those heat of the moment murders were also abandonment murders like The Crossing, Soul, The Good Soldier.
