  • Yes, it is a (Russian style) bishop's mitre...but out of respect, the bishops would not were this in the physical presence of the patriarch. The EOTC Archbishop of Jerusalem wears this during the Major Feasts of our Lord Christ...don't be confused, be aware and peace to you!
