Although the "sensation" of trouble is at the wrist, the actual “seminal” cause is impingement of the median nerve around the pronator teres muscle (proximal to the elbow)!
USA medicine is ranked 54th in world, (The World Health Organization ranked the countries of the world in terms of over all health performance, and the US (was) 37th; In fairness of care, USA is ranked 54th)
Hey Mam,you in the blue.U not only look fit,but beautiful and carrying a great attitude, apart from that I noticed and feel the exercises suggested by you in this demo version must be very helpful.I tried some and got benefitted.Keep it up sexy ,attractive and graceful lady.
Depends what is causing the cramping. Cramps can be caused for a number of reasons. -electrolyte and enzyme abnormalities, muscle diseases being the most severe. Most cramping is caused by overexertion or unaccustomed activity, tight muscles, dehydration, or over-exercise. Sometimes a nerve compression will cause spasming. If the cause of the cramps is tight muscles, over-use, muscle imbalance, or a nerve compression, then the exercises, especially the stretching section of the video, can help.

This is essentially just an ad - there are no real techniques for CTS prevention/treatment shown here - it's just a demo for a video.
