The median household income is $37,060. No one whose regular income is 10& more than this should even be eligible to run for either of WV's senate seats, their house seats or their state government. Sen.Byrd rec. got staph infection from being hospitalized with pneumonia. that is not an easy thing to get over at his age .He is to be saluted. He has worked hard for many, many yrs and a lot don't know all he has done for WV. I am a Rep. and I still love him.None dared to run against him. someone in a higher office only worked 50+ days in the congress to become Pres. Sen. Two rich guys who are far removed from the everyday struggles of the working people whom they supposedly represent. West Virginia has the 3rd lowest per-capita income in the US. The median household income is $37,060. No one whose regular income is 10& more than this should even be eligible to run for either of WV's senate seats, their house seats or their state government. I can't even imagine how much their other senator, Jay ROCKEFELLER, is worth.
