  • I will make sure to not get into a car accident after surgery LOL

  • Hi again. That's some good advice :)

  • And I forgot to say: YOU POOR THING about the accident! I would have been bawling too.

  • YAY you for sure!!! AJ pointed out to me that a lot of your nerves are cut during surgery and you can't really feel what satisfied is until 4 or so weeks post-op. After that I just measured, measured, measured and let that be my guide, eating 1/4-1/2 cup of food at a time. I don't think you're already stretching, but I'd be cautious so you don't hurt yourself! Hang in there, lady. It does get easier. And congrats again on the loss!

  • Good advice about the measuring!! works every time! Thanks so much!

  • hang in there!! great job so far! My nurse told me to really try hard to listen to your body. Don't eat til it really hurts - just stop when you can feel a little pressure-- thats what she told me! - but ask your doc! My surgery is dec 29th!!! keep updating !

  • Thanks!!! December 29th will come in no time!

  • sweet 19lbs, thats amazing .I don't think you can stretch your pouch when you not eating food. well you are doing so well sorry about your leg hope it get better soon. well take care:)

  • Thanks so much! You're right about the pouch stretching - it's just paranoia!
