  • i just noticed this problem started happening right after i changed from higher performance to better battery life, and was also changing my desktop picture.

never flickered like this before but started happening after i changed that stuff

  • And ya say retarded Mac's don't have problems! lol... cheap made parts yo!

  • @LALOMAN18 If ur using a Windows Computer plz dont talk about cheap yo!

  • I brought my late 2008 unibody mbp to the apple service point and they changed my logic board. but now (3 months after) it started flickering again, but the black bars didn't came back. i think i'm going to bring my mbp back again to the asp (i have apple care) hope it will be fine then...

  • My late 2008 unibody Macbook Pro they replaced my Logic Board and my Screen. Parts number 620-4630 for the display, and 605-1686 for the logic board. Since being repaired I haven't had any flickering issues at all. I sent my MacBook pro in on the 9th and got it back on the 14th. My advice to users ecperincing this is call apple and set up a repair before your warranty ecpires.

  • How did you resolve it (or is it resolved?)

  • i just noticed mine doing this..it has only happened so far when my battery is lower than 30% ... did u take it back tot he apple store?
