@jjessicacardosoo I think the HD collection is kind of a safe (and cheaper) way for Sony to test how much interest for the series remains.

It would be fantatic if sales for the Sly Cooper, Prince of Persia and Ico HD Collections could bring developers back on the track to craft unforgettable games instead of the cloned garbage they throw out.

SLY cooper is freaking amazing!!! If you like the, Jak and Daxter games or Ratchet and Clank games.. or even the old Crash Bandicoot games or spyro games.. you'll love Sly Cooper!

ok, i really dont get some of these comments. the game was for ps2. and now it's moving up to ps3.  where are all these people commin up with n64 and stuff? and 2nd. i believe sucker punch is planning on first putting the game on the ps3 to get more people playing the game again, then release sly 4. they did something similar with gods of war, i think.

They are making the inFamous 2 game now, but their director has said in an interview that they are going to the Sly Cooper series afterwards. I wouldn't get too happy, inFamous 2 is coming 2011 and creating a new world for Sly 4 takes over a year. I wouldn't expect it untill 2013, or maybe 2012 since it doesnt need mega-HD 1080p graphics.

Not to mention, it shows how they still care and haven't reduced the sly series to a few easter eggs in their later games. ( Look at Cole's backpack, lower section, you'll see Sly's mark. Cole from Infamous. )

This is an obvious manuver. They're making a re-make of all the games, in hopes to pullin a few more Sly fans. Yes, they already have all their fans, but with a PS3 version, it will likely create a bigger fan base. THen they start production on a Sly cooper 4. Causing more people to pay more money for the game.

The only reason Crash Bandicoot took it's downfall is because the right's to Crash bandicoot we're sold away to another company other then Naughty Dog.
