If I was carring my cpl license and no hand gun while I was driving- I wouldnt have to disclose that I have a cpl because im not carring. The guy did nothing wrong so the was no need to ask for I.D. It's my belief that to become a police officer you should be required to attend at least 4 years of college with a criminal justice degree, and then undergo strict psych evalutions. There is a transcript of the Judge hearing the case in the (more) part. The judge had them return at a later date for the ruling. Basically the cop was getting hammered hard, by the attorney and the court. It does not say what the judge decide though. It was refreshing to see the cop get the same treatment that they give us Open carriers. The cop was show to have violated many of his right that day and when you read it shows the cop make excuse for his actions.
