This movie never fails to make me cry. The Disney Channel I grew up with was so deep and it had a meaning. The Disney Channel my little sister and cousins are growing up with makes fun of eating disorders. It sickens me.

All of that stuff about Eddie was sad and I thought the movie was done with that. And now we have to watch the father realize what he's like at home, and the truth obviously hurts him? Oh man! This is heavy material for a Disney Channel movie. I never saw this as a kid and I enjoy this seeing this now. Thank you.

I'm like Tru in the way that I have an Eddy. My brother is severely autistic and it's definitely hard-no one will understand how hard it is until they've been in the situation. But, I have amazing parents who give my brother unconditional love, and I hope that I can be as amazing as they are. I truly wish Disney would make more movies like this instead of this Hannah Montana crap, I'm sorry.

im glad i was subjected to these kinda movies and even shows like even stevens when growing up...i almost feel bad for kids who watch disney now because most of it is for girls...reallly...all the top shows they got are all for little girls...it aint even real life stuff like boy meets world...man i jus wish they would listen to the viewers and stop tryna appeal to a better audience and leave it the way it is for people who like it he way it is...i miss shows like the famous jett jackson ect...
