what do they associate with severe autism? how do they know what is severe at young ages?

@k0rps3gynd3r Well Thomas wasn't diagnosed until he was three and a half when he went through the assesment the doctor at the hospital told us that you have levels of autism and Thomas was severe he had no speech at all and had all the signs, he is 13 now and although he does say some things its no where near the level of his twin sister is, thanks for watching
